Previously, I took my car to a different place (which shall remain nameless). I spent thousands of dollars, some unnecessary stress, and a few months later —my car is not working. Wanting to avoid that old place, I followed a friend’s recommendation for Reliable Family Auto Repair. He said they had fixed his van, were very knowledgeable -especially about electrical issues, and honest. I believe it! That was my same experience, especially because they let me know the problem with my car was the alternator and agreed to look over the invoices from the last place and helped me figure out that I had to take it back to that place for repairs lol. They helped me save money and solved the mystery of what was wrong with my car. They didn’t charge me to look at it, which was above and beyond nice. I am hoping to make these guys my regular mechanic, and I’m definitely sharing my good experience with friends because a good mechanic is getting harder to find.

Reliable Family Auto was a pleasant surprise. We broke down traveling on the 15. Googled some local mechanics and all places were too busy to squeeze us in. However, Reliable Family Auto took our car right in. We were towed to their shop, within 10mins they had our car diagnosed. Instead of steeling our money for looking at the problem, they helped us and told us it was better to take it to the dealership because it was a big job and may be under warranty. They were right, and didn’t charge a dime. Thank you for being quick, honest, and kind!

Never had a problem with my car until I took to them on Tuesday for mass air flow sensor they said I needed a radiator cap replaced so I did let them replace and payed for it Saturday my car completely overheated and now there's a possible leak of radiator fluid, coincidence? Oh and my check engine light is back on. Hopefully there's a resolution.UPDATE , they say my radiator burst now had to pay more money for new radiator. Check engine light back on save your money DO NOT GO HERE

Jesse is best mechanic I’ve used in a longtime. I had a Volkswagen diesel with a DPF filter problem. He took the time to research the fix and saved me thousands from what the dealer wanted to fix it. Very honest and he won’t nickel and dime you over stupid stuff. A real rarity in todays world!!

The business is actually George's Auto Repair. Very nice people, great service. I was there to get Smog done on my car, and it only took about 15 minutes, and I was on my way home. Rumsey has a great sense of humor.
