The car wash facility provides a good overall experience. I prefer coming here over others in the area for washing my cars. However, there are a couple of issues that need addressing. Firstly, the advertised $7 for 20 minutes on the card reader is misleading as it only provides 12.5 minutes of wash time, necessitating a $14 expenditure each visit. Additionally, the triple foam sprayer operates slowly and often runs out of material, significantly prolonging the washing process and reducing the time available for cleaning the vehicle.
Despite these issues, the wash itself is consistently thorough, and the facility tends to be busy, indicating its popularity. It would greatly improve customer satisfaction if the management could either adjust the advertised time accurately or update the signage accordingly. It's disappointing to anticipate 20 minutes of cleaning time and not receive it.

Wednesday arrived at 11 AMAsked for the special for senior discountNo discount special ok no inside cleaning such as doors etc. Walked up to the cashier $. 64.00 and said no didn't ask for that after two girls discussing this they had to talk to the guy!Couldn't decide at that point my car was in line so changed it to $ 35.00 plus tip ??Seriously I should have gone to the drive thru myself for $ 8.00Never again !I'm a senior on a limited budget!

Paid for a 12$ wash. Sprayed a little water on my car and told me to exit slowly. I got scammed 12$

Had a machine take $15 and none of the functions even work. Pressure washer soap nope. Pressure washer nope. Foam brush wouldn't have any soap come out. Really hope I can get my money back because this place is crap. Has the potential. But dang service your equipment guys....

The kiosk that you put your debit or credit card in doesn't seem to be working correctly. It took forever for it to take my card. I noticed everyone behind me having the same difficulty. Perhaps the card reader needs to be updated. Also the Dryer portion of the drive thru wash didn't work :(
