Horrible customer service, the guy at the front didn’t greet properly and when I asked how long it would take he couldn’t give me a straight answer, then proceeded to say 30 minutes and there always busy. When I told him I didn’t have that much time and thank you, he said whatever and gave me attitude.

A place where they're blasting 90's alternative and rock jams is an A+ for me. David wasn't the warmest person with me, but you don't have to be if you do your job well, and he certainly did. Very respectable, fast, and efficient service, I will be returning.

I took my car over to Rancho smog today after it didn’t pass at a local smog test only facility. David was gracious enough to put the car up on the rack and remove the shield only to find that he couldn’t read the numbers off the catalytic converter. David did all this work and didn’t charge me a dime and let me know what my options were. I’ll be bringing my car back to David for sure because I know how honest and reliable he is. Came by today but apparently closed until the 29th. C'est la vie. Came here twice before but always some problem my vehicle was present. Never charged anything even though the test was already begun.
