I'm extremely unhappy with this medical group's incompetence. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Marjan Johnson, which went well. She said she would send my blood pressure medications to the pharmacy I put in my chart. But when I got there, I found out that she had instead sent the prescriptions to some random mail-order pharmacy that I have never heard of! That mail-order pharmacy had already billed my insurance, so my local pharmacy would not fill the prescriptions unless I paid out of pocket. I'm a traveling healthcare worker and I was out of state when the mail-order pharmacy sent the meds to my home. They sat in an outdoor metal mailbox for two weeks in the summer heat, so who knows if they still work. Oh, and it gets better. Dr. Johnson also changed my one of my medication regimens AND added a new medication WITHOUT TELLING ME. I let her know in no uncertain terms that this was irresponsible of her as a physician. All I got was an apology from Dr. Johnson and a follow-up visit with the nurse practitioner Anisha Patel (that I had to pay for). NP Patel told me she would re-send the prescriptions to the local pharmacy with a note on what happened, but if they wouldn't fill the prescription, I'd have to call my insurance company. So basically to fix THEIR error, *I* have to do all the work. I'm done. Good luck to you if you choose their medical group. Hopefully you'll have a better time than I did.

My experience with Rancho family medical group has been horrible because of my experience with Michelle Etesami NP and her office staff! The care quality and office experience was very bad to say the least! Michelle doesn't return messages or calls, she or her staff doesn't even bother to call and give you important test results and her office staff is incompetent rude and hostile. Especially Stacy. I called to express my concerns to the office manager Cassy at Rancho family medical but she was no help and didn't seem at all interested in what I had to say. Very unprofessional! She should not be in that position of office manager. Which is probably why they only have 2 1/2 stars. I also have privacy concerns with that office, especially Michelle's office staff. Private messages sent to Michelle were being read by Stacy. I ended up having my account deactivated due to my privacy concerns. Needless to say I will be switching doctors. My care is much too important. I do not recommend Michelle Etesami because with my experience, her patients are not her top priority and her office staff (Stacy especially is literally horrible and not worth the headache). They make way too many mistakes and are very unprofessional!

Love my doctors but hate the referral practices in the group. My Doctor orders something and it goes to the referral department (which you are not allowed to call), then they sit in the computer for a minimum of 12 to 14 working days. That's 3 weeks. There is no good reason to hold up a referral to a specialist or for critical exams and tests. Cousting the patient critical time to treat illnesses or cancer or infections etc. When I joined this group in October last year and all my referrals were met and obtained in 2 to 4 days. Now 3 weeks to get help. Love my doctor. Hate the business.

Rancho Family Medical Group is my best experience yet with a medical group. I was with my previous Dr. for 25 years and was very disastisfied with constant changes with P.A's and being sent to urgent care because my dr. was on vacation. Rancho Family has a large network of offices and their own urgent care and all of my information is networked. I love Dr. Rahman, who takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. The offices are all clean and I never wait more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Rancho Family Medical Group.

During a period of three years, Dr. Rahman has provided excellent diagnosis and recommendations for improvement of my long term heart issues. I was recommended for hospice by my cardiologist, however I have improved significantly and no longer on the way to hospice. Thank You Dr. Rahman

Horrible incompetent practice! They will overcharge you for everything. After I went to see Dr. Rahman to prescribe me a medication it turns out that the insurance didn't cover it and when I tried to contact her to write me a similar medication that would be covered she was on vacation and her PA refused to prescribe me anything because "she didn't feel comfortable" doing so. What a crock a BS! When I tried to message Dr. Rahman so that I could talk to her when she come back from vacation, the front staff told me that I needed to make another appointment for which I would be charged another $125 for 15 minutes of her time. I hope these incompetent greedy bastards get sued one day. After that, I just changed to Kaiser.

Had an X-ray on a Tuesday called the following Tuesday and was told it takes 7 business days for results 7 days no call Then I called Thursday and was told results are in doctor would call. No call Called Friday doctors not in today, they would call me Monday Monday noon no call. Called Monday, doctor will call you, and will let the office manager know what's going on. Monday night nothing. Called Tuesday afternoon (14 days from X-ray) was told doctor reviewed yesterday and she proceeded to give me results of x-ray i had done 6 months ago then gave me a BS story about Temecula Valley Imaging problems. Told me she would send a message to the office manager, told her that's not helpful and was done yesterday. Next time I will go to urgent care Last time I had blood work done (murrieta office) didn't get my results and called 30 days later to find out I had an infection. So basically had an infection for 30 days. They blamed the lab. Pay more get less

Terrible experience with their administration. I had a transfer of care from my reproductive endocrinologist, as I was confirmed pregnant and then needed to see an OBGYN to continue care. When I called to book the appointment, I informed them i was booking a prenatal appointment. Mind you, I had several blood tests and ultrasounds confirming a twin pregnancy. My pregnancy was well-established prior to coming in to this office. I also had my records faxed almost a week in advance. Rancho kept trying to charge me a co-pay, which was inaccurate because my insurance covers prenatal care 100%. When I confronted them about this, they referred me back to my insurance. I talked to my insurance who told me they coded it incorrectly as a regular office visit. When I went back to Rancho, they tried to punt me back to my insurance, which I put a stop to immediately, and let them know their coding was wrong. From start to finish, from when I booked the appointment to the care I received, this was prenatal care, and Rancho refuses to correct their fraudulent coding. I complained to the BBB and they ignored the complaint as well, which to me further illustrates their fraudulence. I frankly don't care if it was 35 cents. My insurance covers my prenatal care - that's why I have it. I don't need to be paying them when they've billed a prenatal appointment as a regular office visit. It clearly wasn't. The OB himself was nice, which is the only reason I'd give them a star. Thank goodness I have moved on to a different doctor, because their billing department does not code things appropriately. They also were difficult to work with in even getting the referral to a specialist. I had to call several times and go through their atrocious menu of prompts to get through to them, and their phones also dropped the call numerous times. Nightmare. Run far away.
