Mike from Rancho California Auto Repair is fantastic! They are honest, reliable quick and won't charge you anything extra. When I called with an issue with my Durango, he told me to bring it on over when I could and that he take a look at it. He even told me to order my part from the dealership if I needed to and then he would install it for me. He came out to the parking lot looked at my car figured out the issue and fixed it on the spot literally in and out in less than five minutes for a problem I thought it was gonna cost us hundreds of dollars if not more and he didn't even charge me!!! I love these guys, and the way they do business!!!

This is a family owned and operated establishment and I been going here for many years. Always friendly and honest and always handle my service needs quickly and efficiently. I had a problem with a smog in the late afternoon and was trying to get back to the smog shop before it closed. They dropped everything going on in the shop to help me get back on the road.

I took my truck here for suspension repairs after my accident, the reviews looked decent. I got my truck back after two weeks. my car still completely pulled to the right and my steering wheel was crooked. I took it back to Ryan to get it realigned. They had it for about 7 hours. Ryan said they were going to realign it and rotate the tires. They did not do either of those. The tires have not been moved and the truck still pulls drastically to the right. Not to mention they missed a cracked bumper on the original repair. Ryan made it clear that he did not jive with my adjuster and has had disputes with him previously and I feel my vehicle ultimately suffered. Now I'm stuck with a cracked bumper and a car that does not drive correctly.

recently began parking my honda outside of the garage (project priority) and the varmits got to my wiring - 1st the a/c quit and then the ck-engine light came on - mike and joey diagnosed the problem and fixed - of course this all happened during 1st couple weeks of august in 108* weather - i have always relied on Rancho - never let me down - you can trust them to be honest and fair.

These guys have helped me with my corroded, never-been-replaced battery by at least trying to salvage it before jumping to replacing all kinds of things, the costs and upsell. Unfortunately, the corrosion was too bad so they ended up having to replace my battery and cable with brand new ones. It came at a very reasonable cost for both the battery and labor (as I purchased the cable myself) considering I drive a 2007 Mercedes Benz C230.
