I had a friend from out of town. Needed a nice, clean, not too expensive hotel for a couple of days. I got all that, AND great service! I have for my, " go to" staycation place. Thank you for everything! I'm a believer.
Rooms: Clean, clean, clean.
Nearby activities: Best restaurants and sites are seen nearby in old town Temecula.
Food and drinks: Mad Madeline's on the strip in old Town has great food, service, and prices. Each plate is enough to share.
Also, order room service from next door.

I had everything I need in this hotel. The room was clean and smells good. It is close to restaurants and wineries, safe, quiet and great customer service and a complimetary basic breakfast is a plus. They served waffles, bagels, slice bread and the bread that comes in a wrapper like a cinnamon bread, yogurt, 🍎, cereals, juice and coffee from 7am to 9 am. We will definitely coming back.

I used to really like this hotel but I got disappointed this time on my second visit. When we came, I took a shower and there was no hair conditioner in the bottle or probably the pump was not working anymore, I reported it to the front desk but she said she does not have the key and the housekeeper has it, then after 2 showers there was no more liquid soap in the dispenser, this was just supposed to be a simple issue that can be fixed if there is a back up or atleast a spare bottle of conditioner. The bath tub drainage was clogged too. During breakfast , the waffles and coffee ran out and it was not even 9am and there were still some guests that came.

Rooms are clean. There's fake wood paneled floors, which I prefer to carpet. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I will stay here again in the future.

I couldn’t even wait to write the review I was so pleased. I have stayed in many hotels and am always paying close attention to detail. This place is very nice and kept up and modern. New parking lot and the hotel staff is very pleasant! Don’t worry about undesirable things here!

The toilet brush is used to clean the sink. Disgusting. Yes, they use some bleach in between, but honestly, can't the hotel afford a second brush, perhaps differently colored, to clean the toilets?
wish I could give a better rating but that practice is just too gross.

The disingenuousness of the owner's reply is stunning. It's as though the cleaners make up their own protocols and buy their own cleaning equipment. Clearly that's not the case any more than that, say, a McDonald's employee makes up the recipe for the food they serve.

Some people would feel that the experience of your stays 🛏️ during your getaways🧳 will contribute to the overall enjoyment of your vacations. This was my first time visiting Temecula. Signature Temecula made sure that it was a memorable one. This 2-star hotel was value for money and it honestly felt more like a 3-star hotel to me.
Customer service (10/10):
The customer service was great. Their check-out time is 11 am, but when we requested for additional time, they were very accommodating.
Parking (10/10):
The parking at this location was plenty and secure.
The room and Cleanliness (10/10):
The hotel was clean 🧹🫧! Bed sheets seem to be changed quite frequently (we don't want bed bugs 🐛, do we?). The mattress was comfortable, pillows were of perfect heights for me (I am a side sleeper)! The room was really spacious, air-conditioning was working well, and the lighting in the room gave a cozy vibe. I also liked the shower in this hotel because the water pressure from the shower was pretty strong!
Breakfast (10/10): As for the breakfast, they have your traditional bagels 🥯, waffles 🧇 and breads 🍞, they even have ice creams and yogurt.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in signature Temecula and do not have any complaints about my stay here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't like spending extra money unnecessarily on hotels but would also appreciate a great stay 💯.
P.S. I see many negative reviews and I would like to emphasize that I am writing mine solely based on my experience, fortunately for me, it was a good one.

Rooms were spacious, and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Location was very close to great restaurants and casino.
Enjoyed my weekend getaway, will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! Very clean and great location next to Old Town Temecula. Breakfast is pretty slim pickings and really is a continental breakfast.
