I had an appointment for 8:40 in the morning. I checked in at 8:30. At 8:55 there were still two people ahead of me in the check-in line. This was basic bloodwork that should've taken no more than two minutes. I had to leave because I had a work call at 9 AM What's the point of making appointment if they can't honor the time. They should either hire other people. In the future, I'm going to start looking for either a mobile phlebotomist. Yes, they exist for a fee or go to LabCorp. In my opinion, LabCorp is much better.

Poor customer service with only a tablet to greet you and sign you in and then only 1 person working who had to give us the bad news of being so backed up. The room was full of people and as a walk in, there was no hope of being seen. I walked over to Labcor and was checked in by a smiling face and was getting my blood drawn in 10 minutes.

I had an appointment at 730am. I received a text saying to check in on my phone and go have a seat in the waiting area. I checked in and walked straight to the waiting area and waited for over thirty minutes, unable to talk to anyone. Finally I interrupted the woman helping patients and she got all pissed at me and said she called my name already three times. I literally checked in at my car AS INSTRUCTED and walked straight up. It took me less than two minutes to get from my car to the office!! Why would you ask me to check in outside when I arrived if you aren’t even going to give me two minutes to get into the waiting room as instructed?! Cathy is the name of the rude phlebotomist who refused to help me. A woman named Roselva, who was super sweet, finally stepped in and took my blood after I had been there for an hour and twenty minutes. Cathy was passive aggressively taking walk ins before me. Keep in mind that I was not late for my appointment. I simply checked in on my phone when I arrived, as instructed, and went straight to the office. I parked right in front and am healthy so it took me less than 2 minutes to get to the waiting room and the only reason it took me that long is because I had to wait for the elevator to go to the second floor. So Cathy aggressively punishing me for her own error of not giving me two minutes to get up to the office after checking in. I was NOT instructed to check in once I got into the office. I was instructed to check in once I got to the facility, which I did. Whatever you do, just don’t go here… and if you do, make sure you deal with Roselva, not Cathy.

I made an appointment and was seen right away. I was met by the sweet & charismatic Karlene. Absolutely a consummate professional. I have tiny veins and usually present a challenge. She quickly found one & i barely felt the prick and before I knew it she filled 6 vials quickly! Great visit!

Waiting to be called for over an hour and a half with only 6 people in the waiting room. It takes 10 minutes to draw blood. They act like they’re doing surgery back there or something. Since they are no longer open on weekends and since they close at 4 pm on work days (instead of 7 pm like they used to), this means that they are forcing people to take extra time off work to come back another time because they won’t see you in a timely manner. They don’t even sign you in any more, it’s a screen you operate yourself! So even without having to staff the desk they still can’t see people in a timely manner!!!!! Even if only one person was working, I should have been seen by now. Are they all being paid to be on break all day? Maybe I should switch jobs, because I actually have to work when I am at work. I am very unhappy and frustrated that I will have to take more time off work because of their inability to see people in a timely manner. Definitely go to a different location. This one is nice and clean, but the people who work here suck.

It is insane how this Quest Diagnostics hasn't moved to a bigger office yet. For years they've been working out of a little office space with some walk-in times extending over an hour at times. Good luck getting an appointment as well, usually will be quite a while before you get one.

I have been sitting at this location since 9:40am (the Time my appointment was made). It’s now 11:34am, and multiple people have gone before me when I was set up before them. Please find someone else to get your blood drawn if you have somewhere you need to be.

Came in for an appointment for my 3 day old daughter. Pediatrician placed a stat blood order for my daughter but young worker told us the check in on the kiosk per usual. Young worker was rude about it. Turns out there is a way to check in a stat order on the kiosk that another worker told us about 30 mins later. Not sure why the first young worker did not instruct/help when I first asked. Complete disregard for patient (newborn) care in my opinion.

Incompetent staff, please beware and don’t waste your time. I had a print out of routine lab work from my Endo that I gave them (so printed out the exact labs I needed) I fasted and needed several viles drawn for my yearly labs. This was my first time going to this place. They somehow pulled old labs that my Primary care doctor put in FOR MY DAUGHTER a year ago. You can’t make this stuff up. This place should be shut down.

No receptionist and long wait times show no respect for patients. We had to wait 30 min just to see a person.

Never on time, long waits even with appointmentsPrevious visit the technician was inexperienced and couldn’t draw blood without multiple tries. No wonder they are slow.

01/18/2023 at 11:20am:After my appointment at Rancho I got assigned blood work and I saw there was a Quest office next door. The staff at Quest are very rude and disrespectful, especially the younger female with her hair in a bun. Sadly one employee does represent the entire location and company. What made it sad and disappointing was 95% of the patients waiting were elderly. Her information of “walk-ins waiting time is hours and that time for waiting was give to us on the screen when checking in” was yes informative and answered the gentleman’s question. HOWEVER, the tone and attitude in her voice was so disrespectful and aggressive. She continued to yell/repeat herself as the door closed behind her. The medical field is for workers that are compassionate, patient, caring, and kind. I understand we are in times of short staff and other stress. But when you’re at work and you’re getting paid to do a job. At minimum be kind, you chose the career. So if your mom, father, or grandparents are going to Quest and at this location I would accompany them; maybe it’ll prevent the employees from mistreating them.

I've been here multiple times, there's no one at the front in case you have questions. Be ready to wait for a little over 3 hours if you don't have an appointment. Also, they did my prenatal labs + other labs (A total of 9 tubes were collected), and my results were not sent to my provider because ''The lab tech didn't collect enough blood''. I had to go back again for them to draw me and had to wait another 2 hours. There are only 3 lab techs, and they seem to be very overwhelmed. This office should hire more lab techs, or stop taking walk-ins at all.
