Had our Jaguar for almost 6 months, charged us $4000.00!! Gave us lots and lots of excuses and in the end STILL left lights blinking on the dash board! Taking our baby to an honest, reliable garage in Villa Park!Looking to sue for services NOT COMPLETED! They had to ask us how to open the trunk? They are NOT European car specialists. Do NOT TAKE YOUR CARS TO EUROPEAN AUTOWERKS in Temecula!!

Sent in my car for broken transmission not only did they call me to give me different options on what to do and throughly explain the difference between buying a new one or a used one but now it's warranted for a year. Also I sent in my car three days before thanksgiving. It's the first of December and now I have it back. Thankyou for being effectively fast and being honest and sooooo nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Over charged to replace hosesin radiator. Did not give breakdown ofCharges. To replace 6 hoses a job which only takes maybe two hours. They charged 750.00 labor. Parts only should be 150.00 They charged 345.00. Then when I went to pick my car up it would not start. Contacting BBB and Board of MechanicI am a women so they took advantageIt was only one hose leaking but said others were bad. Con.

Horrible place. Left a truck there to get it diagnostic and they charged $230 to just call their technician. didn't take apart de truck or anything. and just gave us a recommendation. HORRIBLE customer service. Brody refused to help us get the truck out of their parking space after he parked it there and it never turned on again. Brody said he had more important things to do like pick up phone calls & stay just in case a customer comes in. like we weren't their customer. Brody seriously needs to get fired.

Took my truck in for diagnostic for fueling issue . explained to the mechanic everything that was going on with the truck . Calls me back a couple days later and tells me the exact same thing I explained to him . Took it to them so they can perform every test possible to pinpoint the exact issue since they claim to be one of the best diesel mechanics around and all i got was a guess of what it could be .and if it wasn't that then the motor was bad . After that they recommended to change out some parts using their own parts supplier which was more then double what the dealership parts cost . At that point I Decided to pick up the truck and take it elsewhere and mechanic parked the truck in a tough spot to pull out . Asked for assistance and used starting fluid to start truck and mechanic dumped about half a can of starting fluid into the motor and motor locked up due to excessive amount of starting fluid being sprayed into it . After that mechanic refused to help get the truck out of spot and his reason was because he might have customers coming into the front office . All this happened after I paid around $240for a diagnostic, making it seem like we weren't a paying customer . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I trusted Quality one but soon they tried to take advantage of my trust. They installed a part that doesn't belong to my model hence check engine light. I took the old sensor from the replacement and I have had no issue with check engine light since. They also cracked my windshield while car was in their shop. I asked them to go over the security camera surveillance but they never did.Bottom line stay away from these guys.

Can't get ahold of anyone. They don't return calls. Nor do they call when completed or with updates .. When receiving my vehicle no one walk me through what was done or show me the part that got changed... No customer service at all. Owner is a joke and will respond under all comments left here or at the other name this p*** hole shop goes by "European Autowerks". Also he will blow you phone up ONLY after he sees review with texts about get a lawyer.. lol. My water pump was FIXED YES but damages to my vehicle where made. Broken window, and terrible CAR WASH that left water spots and white marks on all plastic and rubber parts. Never ask for a cheap car wash. Also I live near by and have for several years. This being said ...My car was seen driving recklessly on Jefferson by "test driver" my car was spotted by a few colleagues that work nearby Titan Telecom and knowing I was at work they called to tell me. DO NOT take your vehicle here. I turned away TWO customers while waiting for my keys they held from me do to my complaints about window.

Well, I had previously given Scott and Quality 1 (European Autowerks) a 5-Star rating for maintaining my 2005 Jaguar XKR. That has changed. Sometime in September of 2018, I was experiencing intermittent error codes and took it to Scott for diagnosis and repair. Sometime in November 2018 Scott said I needed to repair my ECU but he had to remove the unit and send it back east. I retrieved my JAG and arranged to bring it back over after the holidays. On February 28, 2019 I took the car back over to begin the work and paid a little over $1600 deposit on the estimate of $2098.70. It is now January 27, 2020 and I still do not have my car back. Scott has had the ECU out, the BCM out, the Security Control Module out, and the ABS module out, the car has been to three shops, other than Quality 1, and two of the shops were taken there without my knowledge or permission before delivery. He currently has the car at Audio Evolution, who I love, to repair the interior dash and electronics damaged during his repair--to date there does not seem to be a meeting-of-the-minds (how much work and payment) and the car is still there. The severity resulted with a Notice of Violation of Consumer Legal Remedies Act back in November (response due by December 7, 2019) with no action and a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair. This has gone way beyond ridiculous and Scott has no right representing that his shop has the ability and equipment to diagnose and repair today's sophisticated computerized electronics. If I ever get my Jaguar back, it will never go back to Quality 1 for anything! Tom's Foreign Autohouse is the place I wish I had discovered back when I got my car back from Scott in November 2018. This has been a nightmare!

I am very picky when it comes to taking my car to a repair shop. Quality1 is very professional and can diagnose problems that other repair shops just couldn’t figure out. If you want it fixed right the FIRST time I recommend Quality1.

You have been warned. These one star ratings are the truth. If you want to gamble and take a chance on having a good experience go right ahead. Good luck. This place is the absolute worse. They are dishonest and will misdiagnose your car only leaving you feeling like you have not only wasted your time but also your money by bringing your car here. Again; enter at your own risk. The details of my experience would turn into a book. I would lastly say a real owner would be reaching out to his dissatisfied customers and right his employees wrongs

BEWARE COSTLY MISDIAGNOSIS... I took my convertible Mini Cooper S Sidewalk edition to European AutoWerks on 10/14/19 to check on a possible coolant leak from the water pump only. The original diagnosis given was that it needed a new "crank pulley". When I went to pick it up I was told that they replaced the "harmonic balancer" and Mini had been road tested and was 100% fixed. I graciously paid $1,165.00 for the repair. After driving halfway home (I live five miles away), my Mini sounded like a loud Mack truck with Zoomies. I called in route to my home and was told to bring the car back the next day. When I arrived home and opened the hood there was bright red coolant leaking from the coolant reservoir. I called again from home and was told that red dye was added to the coolant. I returned my Mini on 10/16/19 and was then told that my Mini has a small head gasket leak and a cracked catalytic converter (WTHECK!!!). I was told that a new engine would cost me $9K and instructed to have a muffler shop weld the catalytic converter back together. THIS MISDIAGNOSIS HAS COST ME $1,165.00 and my prized Mini Cooper S is still parked in my garage inoperable. I've sent text messages and left voice messages to the owner Scott T. requesting an explanation and I have gotten no responses. BEWARE!!! NIGHTMARE!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

We had a 9:00AM appointment for an estimate. We get our vehicle checked in right at 9:00AM and leave it. No call by 3:00PM. So we call and they told us they still had to test drive it and they would call us soon. 5:00PM comes around(we didn't realize the shop closes at 5:00PM) we get their answering machine. We go down to shop and yes they are absolutely closed and with our vehicle which we did not authorize to be kept overnight!!! We head there first thing in the morning when they open. No apologies for non communication or keeping our car without our permission overnight. They couldn't even diagnose the problem so we are out $59 for nothing. Then they claim that the brakes are bad and that the vehicle needs new brake pads, etc. We take our vehicle directly to dealership. They diagnose the problem and check our brakes. Our brakes are absolutely fine. Your service is terrible, and dishonest. Couldn't diagnose a rattle, but tried to rip us off for new brakes that the car does not need. Never again! Do not trust this place with your vehicle! They will try to RIP YOU OFF!!

Decided to take my 2014 Infiniti Q60 there to diagnose a rattling noise I had, simple inspection appointment for 9:00 AM. Didn't get any calls about my car until I CALLED them at 3 pm, 6 hours later. Was told that only a couple of things needed to be done and I would get another call back. Turns out that they actually didn't finish and decided to hold my car overnight, all without telling me anything. Absolutely poor communication and I was disappointed. In addition, when I called them at 3 they told me my brake pads were running thin and I'd need to get new ones. I never got the rattling diagnosed and thus took my car back, and immediately brought it to Nissan. Turns out that I was LIED TO about my brake pads and that they are fine. If you take your vehicle there, hope you don't go through what I went through. Never coming back.
