Great quick service. I dealt with Alex at the shop to get an oil change on my Honda Accord. His prices were cheaper than any I found in town and it was done quickly while I waited. He also didn’t try to sell me things that I know I didn’t need, which is becoming increasingly more rare nowadays. Shop is sort of hard to find and there is no cell service but other than that I would highly recommend this shop.

While I didn’t have my vehicle serviced, their customer service deserves a perfect 10. Given the exceptional service, I can only imagine their skill in working on vehicles is equally, if not more, impressive.

I made an appointment to get my brakes and rotors fixed and Ricardo was extremely helpful!! He made the entire process quick, simple and he had amazing customer service the entire time. I wasn’t able to come before he closed so he had an after hours drop off option and I was able to pay over the phone which was so helpful. I’ll definitely be recommending and if you need any vehicle service he is the one to go to! Thank you again ?

Highly recommend Protomotive! I bought my oil changeservices off Groupon such a good deal, Ricardohelped with my appt which was right on the spot. When I got there they took my car in right away. I got in and out of there fairly quickly. He went above andbeyond for my services. I will be bringing my car and myfiancés in for further services.

Called in too schedule appointment for the oil changes that were purchased and paid for by Groupon. Was told that the manager Ricardo would schedule me at another date. And he got it scheduled!

Highly recommend Protomotive! I bought my oil change services off Groupon got such a good deal, Ricardo helped me make an appointment over the phone he got me in the next day. When I got there they took my car in right away. I got in and out of there fairly quickly considering how busy it was. He really went above and beyond for my services. I will be bringing my car and my fiancés in for further services.

I took my car to have the engine serviced my check engine light was on BMW wanted $2150.00 to fix the problem. A friend told me about Protomotive Auto Care in Temecula, so I check them out. WOW very professional, fast & honest. They took care of my car for less then half of what BMW wanted. I paid $985.00 and left with a smile on my face and money in my pocket. My car runs great and I would strongly recommend Protomotive to all of my friends and family.Services: Transmission
