Highly suggest you do not drop your packages off here if you own a business. 7+ Days still no movement on over 8 packages I dropped off at this location. Hugh Disappoint and have to replace all the product. I am not in the business of writing negative reviews, but the amount of money I have lost as a small business owner over these packages not being picked up or whatever is going on there is a HUGE disappointment.

If you want to go to a place where the staff is smiling and friendly definitely make this your go-to hub for all your office & shipping needs. They make you feel like family there. It always feels great leaving with so many items crossed off my to-do list while having 100% confidence that my shipments will arrive. Amazing work TOM & staff!

Unfortunately, I was making a return and this lady was so extremely rude. Not sure why, but I see other customers have had the same experience. She definitely did not want to help me and was trying to send me somewhere else and then telling me that there will be a charge as to throw it in my face, but frankly, I am comfortable with a three dollar charge, to which I simply replied no problem. It almost ruined my day, but she will not be victorious in that. I don’t think she she can change who she is. Oh well, no big deal.

Wonderful! Never had a bad experience here. Sophia, Marlon and the rest of the employees are absolutely fantastic!! So willing to help when I’m in a hurry because I’m rushing to drop something off for the post office and Sophia is just so sweet. She kindly says, “take your time.” Hard to come across great customer service like this. I appreciate you all!! Thank you!

I am not sure if she one of the owners, but that lady who helped me was really really rude! I love to support local and small businesses, but I regretted buying in this store. I should have bought the items from another store. I will tell my friends, co-workers, neighbors, family and relatives my bad experience at this store (Postal Annex located at 31938 Temecula Pkwy).

Very nice people. Appears to be family operated which is a BIG PLUS when dealing with this type of service. Straight to the point. Nice glass mailbox doors. I am pleased with service. Also the price is indeed on the high end but it reflects the local market which is a high cost of living area and people have to pay the bills.

I’m a grown woman and I don’t need a lecture from a 20yo about carrying my license with me. Considering the transaction did not require my license. She is usually very nice and professional but today I’m flabbergasted at her assumptions and attitude.

Wow wow wow wow wow most amazing experience ever at this location!!! From the second I walked in I was happily greeted and I had to buy 200 stamps to send out 200 Christmas cards and the sweet gentleman even helped me stick on the stamps on each card!!! Honestly amazing customer service especially how they went out of their way to help me!! I would definitely recommend using this location for all your post office needs!!! Amazing!!!!!!

The staff is extremely helpful and so friendly and personable that I often stop to chat with them. I have a mailbox here, but I also ship all my packages from here, notarize documents, fax, I’ve done fingerprinting…they’ve done lots of services for me over the years and always take care of me. They are the best!

Omg the live scan cashier is the most competent and friendliest knowledgeable i have encountered. She will go far with that work ethic. I hope she will soon take off the mask and enjoy gods fresh air though

Outstanding!!!! Marlan and Sophia are wonderful professional workers who happily engage rude and demanding people. I lv this place!!!!!!! Tk u guys?Bad reviews are a joke, the complaints are about prices that are not controlled by these workers. Go to the post office and wait in line if u a so cheap!! Have your packages thrown around or lost in the postal system. Nothing but good for this place!

I saw the Lottery sign outside so I decided to drop in and buy our office pool SuperLotto tickets. This seems to be a busy little shipping and receiving store as there was a constant flow of customers coming in and out. The cashier was very friendly and kind while he took care of the ticket transactions.

As a Notary I need reliable fast shipping services. I have been using postal annex on Temecula parkway and Margarita for 3 years and they are the best. They always make me feel like family. Very friendly and always brighten my day. I highly recommend them.
