I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Postal Annex. I brought my package in for FedEx shipment, but they refused to give me a receipt. Now there's no valid tracking for my package. It feels like they are keeping packages to sell and profit for themselves. This place is clearly a scam! Do not trust these scammers with your packages. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I have already reported this to FedEx. Hopefully they'll be removed as a certified shipping for FedEx.

I was staying at my aunt's place for a week for a little getaway. However, it wasn't the kind of vacation I was hoping for since my aunt kept asking me to do her favors and help her run errands. I'm glad I could help her, but oh man I was stressed out all weekend! But one thing she had me do that I didn't mind at all was helping her out with shipping packages.I stopped by this place twice during the week and on both occasions, I had great experiences! The service was quick and the people working there were so helpful and friendly that they just really made my day! Maybe I'll visit my aunt more often now lol.

They upcharge heavily for postal services. Like $9 more for a flat rate usps envelope. Really regret going here instead of the post office or the UPS store. The service was certainly not worth the ridiculous upcharge. I do not recommend this place for postal services at all. Also, overheard the charge for a customers b/w one page print and can tell it's extremely expensive as well. I'd recommend staples or Office Depot for prints (or even shipping) instead.

They don't know how to print labels using the a code on a website. I had a QR code and since they don't have a scanner there was an actual code aslo
