I rarely used Postal Annex + located on Rancho California Road to send certified mail, but when I do, they always deliver packages efficiently and on time.The customer service has always been very good and quite accommodating.Plenty of parking spaces around the area and it's near the gas station, burger chains and mini markets.

This place is weird. Some guy called me regarding my application, high off something, very unprofessional, could barely explain what he was trying to say. Asked me to come in for training. Said they would text me when is good for them. I check my email the next day after receiving no response to see they rejected my application on Indeed. As unprofessional and sketchy as it looks. Glad to be passed up on this offer! I also hope the guy who placed the call to me gets some help being that illiterate at his WORK PLACE.

I need to change my review of this place. The prices are still high but the service is great. The girls that work here are always friendly and responsive. I usually just do a drop off, so not much interaction, but even during my quick drop offs the staff is friendly and attentive.

Hands down best postal annex around! They have the most friendly staff who are so helpful. Very professional and reasonable pricing. I won’t go to any other postal annex in Temecula. 5 stars!

I dropped my item off for shipment. It had a prepaid UPS label on it. The item was never received by the recipient. I have called this postal annex multiple times asking for help. They said it went out but it doesn't seem to be true bc I can tell it was received by the recipient. They have been non helpful in communicating or resolving this issue.

Aworst customer service. Not sure who hired these girls . But they are making your business look very bad. It's suppose to be about customer service to keep your business strong. The girls that got hired within past several moneybags need to go. I go out of my way to another place to get in and out with great customer service . And will continue. FIX your employee's or get them out.!
