Cheerful staffs greeting me getting in and out. Equipments are being cleaned, generally no wait time on your fav equipments. Not really 24x7 anymore, but doesn’t affect me much.

This is one of my three or four favorite gyms I've worked out at, and I've been to both the Bev Francis Gym in New York and the "Mecca" in Santa Monica. The staff, particularly Savannah and Naomi, are the nicest, friendliest people you could ever meet. There's enough equipment even for peak hours so that you're not stuck waiting, and all the equipment is new. Unless you have a real need for barbells, this gym has everything you could want, including a nice functional training area and ergometers (rowing machines) and an assortment of other cardio equipment. On the lifting side, they even have a leg press machine (that's plate-loaded) and three or four Smith machines, so you can still get plenty of heavy work in, including for your legs. Dumbbells go up to 75 lbs.
The locker room, toilets, and showers are super clean, and I see them come in every two hours or so to give them a mop and/or wipe down.
$15 a month, can't beat it!

I love my black card membership. Going to the gym is easy and rewarding with Planet Fitness. I go to both the Murrieta and Temecula locations based on my schedule that day. It is always clean and the machines are great! I enjoy the red light therapy for my health, the tanning and hydro massage feel like a treat too!

I’m happy to write this review for one of the best value gyms in Temecula! My wife and I have been coming here since we moved from San Diego, and we’ve never had any issues. This Planet Fitness is always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly. Most people listen to their own music, but if you forget your headphones, their playlist is usually pretty awesome. I have the Black Card membership, so my wife gets to come as a guest for free, which is a great perk. Overall, it’s a solid gym with excellent value for the price!

Night crew; Karla and Jasmin are truly awesome. They are super friendly and they always have the gym clean. I live in hemet, work in Temecula and I perfer to drive to this location.

GYM IS NO LONGER 24/7!
Closes at 7:00 on weekends- YES, 7:00 p.m.
9:00 on Fridays
And midnight on Mondays.
There's nothing like finally working up the motivation to go to the gym, then arriving, only to find out your gym is closed. This gym used to be 24/7 for years... Recently the hours have been highly restricted. DON'T BE FOOLED THIS GYM IS NO LONGER 24/7. Now I have to find a new gym, smh.

I enjoyed the gym somewhat; however, upon cancellation of my membership I was charged an extra 50 dollars for the annual fee, even after closing the account. Swindlers

Front desk associate Ashley frequently harasses my partner and I. She makes it a point to follow us, try to enforce rules that she can't find in their policy OR contract, and then smirks and laughs like a pretentious child.
Local Management has chosen to overlook this and other negative comments from other clients. It is no surprise that Ashley is untrained in Customer Service and conflict resolution.

I've been a member of Planet Fitness for years, I recently started going to new location that's closer to my home(temecula) and I have been consistently harassed by an employee there named Ashley. Planet do your business a favor by letting go of this employee that has absolute 0 customer service. I've cancelled my membership today because of terrible Ashely treats me.
