I had called Banfield 4 or 5 times prior to running out of the medication stating that I needed a refill. Clementine has an issue with her Trachea; she coughs and chokes after drinking water.
Clementine was to run out of her medication 4 days before her scheduled appointment with her new veterinarian. As a last resort, I called the Walmart pharmacy in Temecula and relayed the situation to the pharmacist.
Her prescription had been refilled previously at the Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacist graciously gave clementine enough medication to Make her comfortable until her veterinarian appointment.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for this wonderful man to help my little baby girl.”

For years I avoided stores like this, Vons, ralphs, etc because they can be a little pricey compared to others but now that i work in the area I find myself coming here a lot. Clean store, amazing deals when you download the app, and friendly staff. Not sure why they receive so many complaints about staff here.. I've never once experienced an issue. There are even a few staff members, Jill being one of them, that make my experience great every time. A huge thank you to all of the staff that are working even harder during this crazy time!”

“What can I say my mother retired from Costco 30 years ago and I've been a loyal Costco shopper ever since I can't get enough of the dollar 50 hotdogs looking at lifted trucks, contemplating life while shopping for vacuum cleaners with my wife, which I bought a shark cordless vacuum cleaner, but not the Dyson because I couldn't make up my mind at the time the shark vacuum cleaner is very ergonomic as a man I look at posture I don't like to bend the knees. Therefore I went with the shark cordless vacuum which last 40 minutes of suction time versus the Dyson animal 844.6 for $399, so I ended up returning the shark vacuum and exchanged it for the same type while arguing in Isles about which vacuum cleaner is superior, thank God for the ladies at the refund center they help me talk my wife out of a Roomba, which was $899 versus $279 plus tax so keep up the good job Costco! And thank you for your wonderful shirts I always buy and pants that I don't need because I only wear one pair anyways, but they set my closet with tags anyways for when I'm broke one day I could always return it. Thank you so much.”

“Darlene gets the Associate of the Quarter award in my book this time. My local CVS on Winchester in Temecula, and their sales associates always go beyond the standards for a large, drug store chain, in America. What makes this property special is the people, not the stuff they sell. Today, I encountered something which I did not expect, namely my Medicare insurance carrier reducing the number of things available for purchase through their OTC benefits plan. I had just received my $50 quarterly credit (unlike $55 last year) and took up roughly $55 in goods to the checkout counter (all of which I had purchased in 2023 and 2024 with one exception). Much to my surprise after applying all coupons and rewards, I still owed roughly $20 (and still had $30 OTC credit). This was so contrary to previous transactions that Darlene tried keying it in multiple different ways and was very patient during the process. I initially thought that it was just the one new item which I added, and with her help figured out that it was not. Although I left the store paying $20 which I did not anticipate, I also realized that it was United Healthcare who did the switcheroo and not CVS. Bottom Line: I left satisfied that Darlene got the best deal possible under my surreptitiously evolving plan. DARLENE ROCKS!!”
