Terrible customer service. I purchased 4 private dog training services. I used 2 and have been attempting to book my third and fourth for 2 weeks now. The first 2 sessions I honestly didn't feel like my problems were addressed. I wanted to teach my dog to walk loose leash and was recommended a head harness instead of having him work with the dog to teach him not to pull. Getting a hold of the trainer for the remaining sessions was a nightmare. I left my phone number on 3 separate occasions for them to call me back before he actually did. When I finally got ahold of him we booked a session for this last Sunday. I was told only after arriving that my session got cancelled by the trainer even though I got a confirmation email hours before. Apparently, they tried to call me but they called a previous number which I had told them to update on 3 separate occasions prior to this session (including on the same day we booked it). I spoke to a manager and this manager is the only reason this Petco is receiving an additional star. She waived part of my purchase and was apologetic of the situation, and informed me that the only person that can update the phone number on file is the trainer - which he didn't even though I reminded him the day we chatted. I got a call from the trainer to inform me that they would process my refund for the unused sessions but that I would have to go back to the store to obtain it. That was the ONLY information that was given. I arrive to the store today with my two toddlers (which is already a stressful to bring them places). I was told they couldn't process my refund with my license which I accidentally didn't have on me today. I showed them a picture of it and they said that it wasn't valid. Why wasn't I told on the call to bring a form of identification to process a refund? Poor communication all around from all my experiences. Now I'm about to make a THIRD trip to the store for the same situation with the same license that was shown to them in the picture. Ridiculous. Have empathy of a person and everything they have already been through with you guys and the face that I'm navigating this situation with two small children I'm trying to control while at your store.

The people here were really helpful and nice even voted did not have the item I was looking for they went out of their way to help look for it. It’s a super clean and well stocked store and they have many amenities for your puppies.

our wheaten terrier is in end stage renal disease. She gets fluids sub q 3 x wk. Dr Roos and staff are wonderful compassionate and professional humans. They treat our Birdie like she is their own. Under Dr Roos care most days you wouldn’t know Birdie is sick. But we know our time is limited bit with the care and compassion we get from the stafff at Vetco Temecula CA we know Birdie is receiving the best medical treatment and humanEmpathy out there. We trust our beloved pet with Dr Roos and her staff. I would recommend this hospital to friends and families .

Worst experience ever!!!! I made an appointment with the grooming department for our pet dog who is getting on in the years and is almost totally blind plus unable to hear very well and made that known to the groomer. I explained how short I wanted his haircut and i was somewhat happy with the outcome but his nails were not clipped and still left way too long! I was very upset when told at my initial appointment that they couldn't groom our dog because I gave him medicine that their Petco Veterinarian prescribed and I paid for and was advised to give him before his grooming appointment so he wouldn't be too anxious; so I had to re-book for another day! I was not very happy with the service and lack of communication I received. I won't subject my aging pet dog to Petco again!!!

Tried to schedule an appointment at the groomers. Took over thirty mins on the phone to find out they don’t schedule appointments unless you spend a certain amount of money. None of this is stated on their website. They push for you to do a “walk in” knowing their schedule is completely full. They asked me to spend more and I could get on the schedule or try a walk in.. this came off very money hungry and dishonest. It’s pushy and does not make you comfortable. Will be using a different groomer.

if you’re thinking of grooming your fur baby here, DON’T! They literally do not care about your pets well being/comfortability, they just want to get them in and out quick, staff is also incredibly rude!
