Great service! I didn't see the time they closed and showed up literally at closing time and the girls could have turned me away but they didn't. They helped me and got me my package today. Great employees!

Sam was fantastic! I had gone to several places to get a live scan done at the last second before my flight, but most of them closed at 6. Luckily, I stumbled upon this place and called to see if they could do a live scan for me. Although the live scan service usually closes around 6-6:30, Sam was generous enough to wait an extra 20 minutes until I arrived. Excellent service!

It's working from 9 am, but it's newer open at 9 am. It's second time I came here at 9, wait fur 15 min and left. Very not responsibls.

I shipped a package here and a couple days later I lost the tracking number. I came in today and the owner was super cool about helping me, he pulled up my order and tracked the package for me. He let me grab a quick pic of the tracking number, and I was on my way. Super friendly guy! I will continue to business here! Highly recommend.

I'm from out of town and needed to mail a few things and pick up some stamps. I wish I had driven the extra two miles to the Post Office. I was having a pleasant experience with the owner's wife before he abruptly took over the transaction. First, he was rude and chauvinistic towards his wife, and second, he didn't fully understand the transaction. As I began to repeat what I needed, he dismissed me with a curt "Yeah, yeah, I got it," and then provided incorrect information about the postage. When I confronted him, he became verbally abusive and, unfortunately, was also dishonest about the situation. To make matters worse, when I asked for assistance with a simple inquiry about their services, I was met with hostility instead of the professionalism one would expect from a business. This incident not only left me deeply disappointed but also concerned about the treatment of customers. Just drive to the Post Office!

my girlfriend is currently in the army and i'm getting used to sending her big packages. i've been in to this postal annex a few times and each time is better than the last! i went in today and wanted my package shipped priority to get there earlier and was unexpectedly given a discount for the priority and he put fragile stickers everywhere, which was so kind and i feel bad i haven't learned his name but both him and i the other lady are so kind and sweet, i definitely recommend shipping from here if you want quality human interaction and fast service :) thank you so much ! i also noticed they have a very wide variety of packaging and essentials you may need for delivering, very great store thank you again !

Called around town to get a notary, and this place is the only place with someone there till 7 PM. I walked right in super friendly guy and helped me out with all my printing mishaps and lack of knowledge. So glad I came here he saved the day.

Those people are shaddyyyyyyyy. They throw mail on the scale and then just make up a price instead of giving you the weight. They won't let you see it. Who knows how much they charge for stamps, but they definitely get a huge cut on that too. The guy just makes up a price when you mail stuff out and it's an even price with no change? Okay buddy. Total snakes. Only go there if you hate your money. They'd love to take it off your hands!

I rarely post reviews unless the service was amazing or terrible. The service I received at this location is AMAZING. The couple that runs this shop immediately made me feel like family walking in. I have been here before and loved the service I got so decided to use them once more. Mind you, I live 30 minutes away and have locations a block away from my house but the service, the care, the professionalism, and the hospitality is something you can't beat. I will go out of my way to do business with them. The wife is such a kind soul and just instantly made my day better. Even after I got what I needed to be done we continued our conversation and it just felt like two old friends hanging out. The husband is so funny and you can tell he really cares about their business. I know it's just a postal annex, but if you just need a heartfelt conversation, great customer service, or just a smile on your face, please stop by and do business with them.

I have come to this postal annex twice when the said they were open. It's rude when your business hours say what time you're open and I show up and the store is still closed. You said you open at 8:30 and a quarter after 9 you're still closed. Not a way to run a business.
