Made an appointment to get my oil changed got there... The attendant came out taking his sweet time... Then proceeded to tell me that the total for the oil change would be $92 not including the cabin filter, which would be $50 with labor and the engine filter, which was $80 with labor total of $222 Also I would've had to wait 90 minutes... Why don't I just take my car to Valvoline express for that amount of money and be done in 15-20 minutes? also I had a $10 off coupon that the dealership had sent me for purchasing my car there, but it was not going to be honored because technically that $92 was already a coupon price?? Give me a break lol you guys would rather lose my business than take my sad little $10 off coupon? Last oil change I had only cost $70?

George in finance took action and accountability and I'm so grateful to him. It's people like that who can turn a not so good thing into a good thing. Thank you George

I purchased my new vehicle from Paradise Chevrolet today and was so impressed with the service that I felt it appropriate to write a review. Each team member, Ryan Kelley especially , was attentive and knowledgeable, helping me get into the perfect vehicle. Time was taken researching inventory to locate exactly what I was looking for; additional time was dedicated to ensuring I was getting the absolute best deal possible. It is intimidating walking into a car dealership as a female, young child in tow. My sales team made me feel comfortable and welcome during the entire process. Thank you.

We dealt with Dave English and did most of the deal by email or phone. The car was there when we arrived and the paperwork took less than an hour from start to finish. Best experience buying a car we have ever had.

We have purchased 2 cars with paradise. This recent purchase of our Silverado were brought it in feeling something was wrong in the front end. Spent money to have it “looked” at. Not called with the diagnosis. We are on our 3rd person to assist us. Parts were ordered and paid for, not all parts got ordered. 7 months later, finally our truck was repaired. Jon was great, however, the experience and the 7 months was beyond ridiculous. Paradise has permanently lost our business. It’s sad that we had to even ask for some reimbursement as it was not offered. I paid a car note for 7 months and couldn’t drive the vehicle because of incompetence.

At first it was okay. We love our car and am happy we were able to get it. Leo in financing was awesome. But our sales guy Michael who no longer works there you could tell was annoyed when we didn’t purchase the extended warranty. Darren the floor manager has horrible customer service. The car came with floor liners and organizers. I asked about those and he told my husband and I that they would be shipped to us separately. Before we left I asked Michael how long it would take to arrive. He said give it 2 weeks and if they don’t arrive let me know. Well two weeks came and nothing. I reached out and he said he would look into it. That following Monday I hadn’t heard back. I re reached out and that’s when he told me he no longer worked there. So I was trying to contact Darren and after a couple days finally got a response. It took an additional day to get an answer with an update. He asked when we would like to pick them up. I said I was under the impression they were being shipped since that’s what he said. Long story short, He basically tried to call me a liar and said I am not calling you a liar but. We would have had no problems driving to pick it up had we been told that initially. Then to call me a liar? And try to blame Michael for telling us wrong information and like this is part of why he doesn’t work here when it was all Darren? No that’s horrible customer service. Had you not called us a liar and simply apologize for the misunderstanding, we would have picked them up. I also had to re reach out to get an update on when they were going to arrive and he was still rude. They actually did get shipped to me which thank you. But overall? Horrible customer service and I would never purchase another vehicle from them again.

I’d like to take some time from our busy life to share our appreciation for the best experience we have had buying my husbands new Silverado! Ian was very patient , knowledgeable and overall the best salesman we have dealt with when buying many cars through the years. We had our daughter with us (which is torture for an 8 year old to sit for so long) which he helped keeping us feel good about the process without pressure.. in all our experience from start to finish with our financing was a 10 outta 10! Thank you!!

At Paradise Chevrolet we received the best treatment from start to finish. Our sales rep Ryan was amazing and was super positive without being the typical salesperson. Very attentive and would answer all your questions. Would definitely purchase from him and dealership again!

An excellent customer service oriented business, amazing and super friendly employees, specially Cory, Mark and John Hernandez from the service department, they are always helpful and willing to walk the extra mile to keep you happy with the service and the products they offer. I really felt like a special customer from the day I purchased the truck to the days of routine service I had done at the dealership. Awesome job???

The sweet woman in the service department got me in super quick for an appointment and was so nice to me. I don’t know much about cars so for her to go out of her way to make sure I’m taken care of means a lot to me! I know my Camaro is in good hands here.

Shout out to both Chris Stilgebouer and David Grubbs. I rolled into the Paradise Chevrolet lot on October 5th enroot to our Utah vacation from the San Diego area. My 2019 Chevy Duramax (with toy hauler in tow) was making a bad noise underload at about 2-2.5K RPM. After several test drives and with both of their persistency, David spotted the issue. After a cool down of the motor and a quick adjustment to our boost tube boot, I was back on the road with no further issues. Those two truly saved my families' vacation just when we were about to give up and go home. We totally appreciate these guys and their stellar customer service.

Got the run around from salesman Gunnar L. and "his boss," a forty-something Hispanic guy. I spoke with Gunnar in person on Paradise lot on Oct 3rd and said I was interested in a Corvette they had and we talked about how he got it in on trade. Later that night I went to the Paradise website and looked at the car online. l pinged Paradise via the "I'm interested" button and mentioned Gunnar was my contact. He returned my inquiry via phone within minutes. I sent my license plate number and VIN of my trade that night via a link he sent me. We were in communication several times the next day, 10/4/2023. I relayed to Gunner the terms that would work for me and sent pictures of my trade as well. We agreed to meet that afternoon. Gunnar told me someone else was interested in the car but when he sent me a "See you soon" text @ 2:56 I figured the car was still available. I took work off early, drove across town to get my trade out of storage, and then fought the traffic to get to the dealership, I got there at roughly 3:30.I was greeted by Gunnar and "his boss" and they said the car was in contract with someone else. They gave me a bottle of water and made me wait for 30 minutes. Gunner reappears with a "Who Shot John" story about the car is now sold, but the buyer financing might not go through and that I should go home and wait there. Um, okay. So from 2:56 when Gunnar texted me and 30 minutes later when I get there, the car is sold? ******The other buyer was there when Gunnar texted me******They had me come down to add pressure and create a multiple-offer situation. What a great way to add urgency and get the dealership's price and terms! "Hey, Mister buyer, there is a guy waiting outside the cubicle ready to buy it if you don't want it. So sign here!"I was in communication with Paradise 24 hours earlier, they should have made the other guy wait.I did not receive a follow-up call from Gunner or "his boss" about whether the car sold. I called at 730pm that night and talked with the receptionist and she told me the car was sold. I got a call the next morning (10/5/2023) from Paradise, not from Gunnar, but from a different receptionist named "Mika" and she said the car was still available. She promised to suss things out and call me. Never heard back from her.I texted Gunnar on today (10/6/2023) and he said the car was sold, but he wants to find me a Camaro...Nah, I'm good. Last but not least, both Gunnar and "his boss" were unclear on how to conduct an out-of-state transaction. It's 2023 and buyers are searching for cars from around the world and yet reps from Paradise looked at me like I just beamed down from the moon.Anyway, I was really keen on Paradise as I am an avid walker and I like to check out their inventory when I'm out and about. The lot is clean and well merchandised with a good selection of cars and trucks. I understand the car business is hard and buyers are flakey. I just wanted to buy a car and I got ensnared in a battle of wits with slippery sales reps. Not good... I would be very careful with this establishment.

Best service department I’ve been to. The staff very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My oil change was speedy and thorough. Communication was excellent. This place is well organized and they don’t pressured or bullied into extra things I didn’t need. definitely will return to Paradise Chevrolet.

Purchased a certified pre-owned CT5. Less than 2 months and 2000 miles later I checked with the service department about the brakes squeaking. When purchased I was told the brakes had been serviced and were better than 90%. The service advisor tells me they need to do a diagnostic on the brakes to see why there's a squeak. I asked if it was covered and was told it depends on the result of the diagnostic and was told I would have to pay $200 to run the diagnostic because there's a cost for labor? What about the cost of my time? I have to bring in a "Certified pre-owned" vehicle that I've only driven 2000 miles at my time and expense? This clearly should be covered since you "certified" it.
