The service department is way too overcrowded and it takes half the day to get an oil change and tire rotation there. You should have people in and out of there for a simple service like that in an hour. Stop over-booking your service bays!

Wow! Paradise Chevrolet and sales expert Matt Winkenweder went above and beyond to complete my purchase efficiently, smoothly and without any haggling (nothing beyond the traditional low jack and door protection conversation) - side note to ALL car dealerships: I don't see the point of low jack anymore now that most cars have OnStar. Definitely antiquated. Low jack add on is a deal breaker -. Matt was extremely attentive to details and eager to satisfy my requests (one of which included removing the after market tint on the back windows, 30 minutes before closing on a holiday). As I wasn't able to physically get this car on site, Matt guided me over phone and email to complete all the steps and transactions with the finance team. All descriptions of the vehicle were accurate and matched those displayed on the dealer's website. Lastly Matt delivered the car to me, well after hours the same day and we completed the final signatures at my home. Matt was knowledgeable, personable and precise. I'd say if paradise comes in the form of a Chevrolet dealer, these guys are getting pretty close!
