I always have been treated fairly at this dealership, asl for Eli because he has always been up front with me.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed got there... The attendant came out taking his sweet time... Then proceeded to tell me that the total for the oil change would be $92 not including the cabin filter, which would be $50 with labor and the engine filter, which was $80 with labor total of $222 Also I would've had to wait 90 minutes... Why don't I just take my car to Valvoline express for that amount of money and be done in 15-20 minutes? also I had a $10 off coupon that the dealership had sent me for purchasing my car there, but it was not going to be honored because technically that $92 was already a coupon price?? Give me a break lol you guys would rather lose my business than take my sad little $10 off coupon? Last oil change I had only cost $70?

George in finance took action and accountability and I'm so grateful to him. It's people like that who can turn a not so good thing into a good thing. Thank you George

I purchased my new vehicle from Paradise Chevrolet today and was so impressed with the service that I felt it appropriate to write a review. Each team member, Ryan Kelley especially , was attentive and knowledgeable, helping me get into the perfect vehicle. Time was taken researching inventory to locate exactly what I was looking for; additional time was dedicated to ensuring I was getting the absolute best deal possible. It is intimidating walking into a car dealership as a female, young child in tow. My sales team made me feel comfortable and welcome during the entire process. Thank you.

October 2023 by Dave C.
Got the run around from salesman Gunnar L. and "his boss," a forty-something Hispanic guy. I spoke with Gunnar in person on Paradise lot on Oct 3rd and said I was interested in a Corvette they had and we talked about how he got it in on trade. Later that night I went to the Paradise website and looked at the car online. l pinged Paradise via the "I'm interested" button and mentioned Gunnar was my contact. He returned my inquiry via phone within minutes. I sent my license plate number and VIN of my trade that night via a link he sent me. We were in communication several times the next day, 10/4/2023. I relayed to Gunner the terms that would work for me and sent pictures of my trade as well. We agreed to meet that afternoon. Gunnar told me someone else was interested in the car but when he sent me a "See you soon" text @ 2:56 I figured the car was still available. I took work off early, drove across town to get my trade out of storage, and then fought the traffic to get to the dealership, I got there at roughly 3:30.I was greeted by Gunnar and "his boss" and they said the car was in contract with someone else. They gave me a bottle of water and made me wait for 30 minutes. Gunner reappears with a "Who Shot John" story about the car is now sold, but the buyer financing might not go through and that I should go home and wait there. Um, okay. So from 2:56 when Gunnar texted me and 30 minutes later when I get there, the car is sold? ******The other buyer was there when Gunnar texted me******They had me come down to add pressure and create a multiple-offer situation. What a great way to add urgency and get the dealership's price and terms! "Hey, Mister buyer, there is a guy waiting outside the cubicle ready to buy it if you don't want it. So sign here!"I was in communication with Paradise 24 hours earlier, they should have made the other guy wait.I did not receive a follow-up call from Gunner or "his boss" about whether the car sold. I called at 730pm that night and talked with the receptionist and she told me the car was sold. I got a call the next morning (10/5/2023) from Paradise, not from Gunnar, but from a different receptionist named "Mika" and she said the car was still available. She promised to suss things out and call me. Never heard back from her.I texted Gunnar on today (10/6/2023) and he said the car was sold, but he wants to find me a Camaro...Nah, I'm good. Last but not least, both Gunnar and "his boss" were unclear on how to conduct an out-of-state transaction. It's 2023 and buyers are searching for cars from around the world and yet reps from Paradise looked at me like I just beamed down from the moon.Anyway, I was really keen on Paradise as I am an avid walker and I like to check out their inventory when I'm out and about. The lot is clean and well merchandised with a good selection of cars and trucks. I understand the car business is hard and buyers are flakey. I just wanted to buy a car and I got ensnared in a battle of wits with slippery sales reps. Not good... I would be very careful with this establishment.

Purchased car part and was installed by dealer. Minor issues which are being addressed. Good follow up by service staff.

This is the worse service I have had at this location. We were going to do a trade in for the Lyriq. They want to low ball us by $800's which would have paid off the balance due on the car. We went on to purchase the car because my wife wanted the car. The salesman provided one price and did not explain that the price give did not include the tax, title and registration. We did research on having the in home charger installed. Cadillac will give you a $1500 credit for the unit and installation. The company that they use mark up the price to install which cost the buyer (you and I) a extra $500. The charger cost between $500-$600. Cadillac does not give you the option to self purchase and install yourself. In my opinion this is greed, and poor management and ownership skills/behavior.

I own a 2007 corvette and had trouble with the shifter. Paradise said they can't get parts for any GM car built prior to 2015. GM policy. But I found a great local mechanic. Just an FYI for people with vintage corvettes.

I took my Corvette in for bodywork at Paradise Chevrolet. Meet with Jesse Cedillo the Body Shop Estimator. I have never received such great service and experience when dealing with any type of service. Jesse was professional, honest, down-to-earth, and very friendly. He went the extra mile to take care of us and my car. When I picked up the car today he walked me through everything and the work was perfect in every way. This is another reason why I will continue to have my cars serviced here and buy cars from Paradise Chevrolet. Thank you for taking care of us and walking us through the steps which made it painless and easy. I'll be back because of professionals like Jesse Cedillo who represent Paradise Chevrolet in a manner that commands respect. RespectfullyJames and Christina Zinn

PROS: - I was able to use my EBT card to buy a luxury oversized, unnecessarily large truck to compensate for my tiny manhood - The employees hate minorities as much as I do and we laughed and laughed about the poor. - While waiting for my overcompensating manhood truck, we dined on lobster, steak and shrimp. So much shrimp. CONS: - Dawn McKenzie smells like wet socks that have been left in a plastic bag for months. She insists that we look at her chest recently paid for by fraudulently gained PPP loans. She loves her new knocker's, but they are so unbalanced that when you look at them they reminded you of the actor Marty Feldman's eyes - Her husband works there too as a fluffer....don't ask - Too many poors work in the service area. I felt like I was in Riverside.

How little do you pay employees that workers can get EBT? Or maybe you should have your workers audited since clearly some of them are abusing taxpayer money and committing FRAUD.

The owner is a liar and bigot--don't make my mistake, go somewhere more reliable and don't waste your time.

The owners of this business stole $3 Million in taxpayer dollars for a forgiven PPP loan and then shame people for using an EBT card. It then turns out that the owner of this business was posting a receipt of the EBT user but was actually their own receipt. I am reporting this dealership to GM for fraud and bad practices.

The owner and his wife are racist, classist meanies. Wife, Dawn, hates poor people and thinks they shouldn't be able to eat the same kind of food as her. She also doesn't understand why she's not allowed to use the N word. I can only imagine that hubby is the same or worse. If you're black, brown, or lower to middle class, avoid this place. You will likely be stalked during your next grocery store visit by Mrs Dawn. If you're in the area, definitely drop by to let them know how you feel about that. Thanks!!
