In and out in about 90 minutes including a test drive and dealership washing the car. The truck was priced as promised no up selling or gimmicks. No sales pressure at all, but then again I did come to buy this specific truck at a specific price. Failed at that at another dealership where they had 2899 in magic undisclosed dealer “fees”.Happy with my dealership experience.

We didn’t rush into buying our truck. Our salesman was patient. Never pushy. He spent a lot of time with us. I truly appreciate the way the sales team worked with us. I would definitely shop there again.

My service rep. Is an amazing guy. Mike took me step by step. So, parts where backed ordered and continue communication with me. Almost in a daily basis. He also spoke to warranty department after Denied my claim. After that, the warranty department called me up and explained that they will cover the repairs. Mike then explained to me thoroughly a timeframe of repairs and when parts would be available. It felt like he was answering my questions at the same time I was thinking of them.

Mike in the service department is by far one of the honest and kindest people I have dealt with. Not only for vehicle repairs but in general. My parts were back ordered for months, He periodically checked in and kept me up to date throughout the entire time. When they did come in he was super responsive and had the service done quickly. My tuck is driving better than when I bought it! Can’t thank Mike Rodríguez enough!!!!

Spent 3 weeks trying to make a deal to only buy the truck I wanted and return it the very next day. I bought a Denali 1500 3.0 diesel. As I was driving home a horrible smell was emitting from the engine compartment. I got a severe headache was feeling nauseous. I called my sales person the very next morning. I was told by my sales person Gabriel to come in the service department will look at the truck. I get there speak to the service manager and he looked at me like I was stupid and said they didn't have anyone available to inspect the truck. He told me they would give me a rental. I told him I didn't buy a $80,000 vehicle not to drive it the very next day. Not satisfied I approached a sales manager and he said the same thing, " we can give you a rental car." I asked him to at least drive the truck to experience what I was experiencing. He looked at me like I was crazy and chose to repeat himself, "I can give you a rental." I was so pissed off of the lack of customer service and the fact I was told by my sales manager to come in and I would be taken care of that I asked for my truck back. I called the sales manager Rigo the following day to try and work something out and I was pretty much blown off. To resolve the problem I asked the dealership to give me the similar truck but different stock number. I was lied to about them selling the truck first off and then told they still had the truck and would make the deal but remove the rims they had powder coated and replace them with another set of rims. I didn't know dealerships remove items to make a deal. Come to find out they lied and were attempting to sale the same truck I had just purchased and had issues with. Because I spent a lot of time on the deal I still attempted to buy a truck from the dealership. I asked them to make it right and take an additional $500 off. I was laughed at. This dealership seems very shady and lack any amount of customer service. I would not recommend the dealership to any of my family or friends.

Initial reach out was over the phone, Joel Flores was expedient, friendly and Knowledgeable, he made the deal happen quickly, and delivered the vehicle to me. Super positive experience. The dealership was well stocked, clean and friendly.

M. Rodriguez was my service tech. He set me up with my appointment. I showed up, got a ride home. My truck was done prior to the estimated time. The dealership scheduled my ride back to pick up my truck and was on my way. I was pleased with the overall time of service. You all did great.ThanksE. R.

I just bought my Buick Encore from Temecula Valley Buick. I got a great deal for the vehicle, as I had just found a basic one at the same price, somewhere else. This one had all of the upgrades, including moonroof, leather seats, Bose stereo, and a lot more. It also includes a lifetime warranty for the engine and transmission for as long as I own the vehicle. Very impressive. Peter was very nice and gracious, as was the manager. They answered all of my questions politely and professionally. I highly recommend purchasing from Peter.. The process was quick and easy. I normally dread going to the car dealerships, but this was an exception. I love my car!

Wasn’t planning on buying on my visit, looking at different models, pricing etc. I was greeted warmly by Peter in sales.Peter went over the specs. on a Canyon I was interested in learning more on the truck. He got the keys and we sat in the Canyon, going over all the features it had to offer. Went on a test drive and was pretty well “hooked”. I explained what I needed for my trade-in, interest rate etc.My son had a baseball game, explained to Peter I would come back after the game. “No pressure, no hype” My boy wanted to eat so I called Peter and explained that it’s getting late and we hadn’t eaten dinner. If we were to complete this deal, it would have to be done over the phone. We came to an agreement and I told Peter, I would come in first thing in the morning. He went a step further, had the paperwork drawn up, delivered my truck personally. He drove my truck back to the dealership, he said “come by anytime tomorrow and you can exchange items from old to new truck “ again, NO PRESSURE, NO HYPE!

I purchased my vehicle from Temecula GMC a year ago. I had a great experience. Recently I contacted the sales person who helped me to see what my options were with trading my vehicle in and downsizing to a smaller truck. This time around I felt like the dealership didn't want to make a deal. We were $4,000 from making a deal and they wouldn't budge. The sales person kept telling me to go to Carmax and get them to give me a letter valuing my truck for what I wanted. I showed them even on their own lot they were selling my truck for 6 to 8 thousand more than what I was asking. One would think with interest rates and inflated prices on vehicles they would help. Dealerships have a lot of flexibility and ability to make a deal. I'm a returning customer that gave them a lot of money from my first purchase. I understand a business needs to make a profit. At what cost to the customer so Temecula GMC can make a buck is the question. This negotiation gave me a bad taste in their willingness to keep a customer. I did not buy from them.

Must say incompetent and maybe lazy, Matt and Luis pretty much useless on ordering a new GMC3500 Diesel Dually. I built it with all the options and was told they can do it in a couple of weeks. It takes 10 minutes to place and order and very lazy people or Inept. I would go somewhere else and avoid this waste of time dealer. I went to Tustin GMC and they ordered it the same day. Temecula GMC maybe needs to stick to used cars.

GMC made an appointment for me at 1:00 pm for air-bag replacement - the service advisor wanted to start an argument with me immediately, ie, i did not have an appointment with a service technician, so my appointment meant nothing and it would be 3-4 hours - i am 80 years old and know "rude" when i see it. little wonder why they have the worst rating of any GMC dealership in the area. would be very happy to never have to go to this place again - 50 mile round trip for me - for nothing.
