I walk in the store I was there for like 20 minutes nobody acknowledged me . I was very upset and left . I will buy online only . I hope they get better with there customers service it's important!

I was gifted a bracelet from Pandora and it has not been a year and it has changed color in some parts. I went into the store and was told they have warranty for a year, but not for that issue:/ you spend a lot of money on Pandora jewelry thinking it would last unfortunately not the case.

This was the worst experience I have ever gotten in a store. First they make me get on a waitlist for a PICKUP. A pick up that” ready” and paid for. Waited almost 20 minutes just for them to tell me they can’t give out pick ups because the system was down. They tell me I will get a refund in 2 days and that I would have to purchase the item AGAIN in store. Ok whatever I’ll just purchase itThey tell me they don’t have the size or color at this location like are you joking? The WORST customer service I have ever gotten. Would not recommend coming here again to anyone unless you want to waste your time

Was trying to get help replacing a tennis bracelet within it's warranty as one of the gems had fallen out... there was nobody else in line on black friday, but the girl with short curly hair and Andrea (Hispanic, about 5'8 if I got her name wrong) wouldn't stop chatting with each other and giggling IN FRONT of me. I didn't get helped for about 5 minutes. They barely even tried to listen to my mother and I (she has a strong accent and I was trying to explain what had happened and ask the girls how could they help us). The Hispanic girl (about 5'3) was sweet and at least tried to help.

The customer service at this store has worsened...the representatives at this store are very unfriendly...no one smiles...not the greatest service they don't really assist u.I used to go here quite a bit but I am never going to this store again......I have no idea what happened...it's very disappointing....it seems management doesn't care.Management needs to know or learn how to better customer service...cause this store really sucks

This location in particular always have the rudest employees. The women are never friendly to their customers. I would recommend a different location for a better shopping experience. Their manager surely needs to have a conversation and lesson on how to have good customer service.

Hours say that it closes at 8pm. According to Google, these hours were confirmed 4 days ago. It is 7:28pm when I arrived. At a mall, I would think it would try to follow mall hours as much as possible.
