I came in to have my Bissell crosswave fixed. He ask me one question, how old it is it and recommend re-placing it with a warranty claim. 30 mins on the phone and got a new item shipped. He has the best interest in mind for his customers.

I have been a pleased Oreck customer for 25 years. Some of the locations have closed. Fortunately there is a Temecula location open, and Ted is the very hard working owner there. He has a wealth of repair knowledge of the Oreck line of vacuums, and so many other repair items! He is honest and dedicated! Running a small, successful business these days is quite challenging, kudos to you! By the way, thank you Ted for also serving our Country! This is my "go to" place for my vacuum cleaner repair and purchase. Have been a customer for years and have purchased air purifies too. Great customer service and always friendly and helpful too. I love my Oreck upright vacuum cleaner, especially as I have 5 dogs and they shed a lot;

Very nice took vacuum in to see what was wrong he looked at it said it needed a new belt in and out in 5 minutes total cost $5.00.

Ted took great care of my 20 year old Oreck upright, and I could not be happier with it. I highly recommend his service, and he now has my 20 year old Singer sewing machine to repair. His prices are reasonable, too.

Extremely pleasant and friendly staff. The repair was done immediately on the spot when they found out I was not local. The price of the repair was lower than I expected. The 45 minute drive was definitely worth my time and effort. I strongly recommend Orek of Temecula for all of your vacuum needs.

I brought my 16 year old Oreck for servicing this week and was thoroughly happy with the Customer Service. The owner, Ted told me he upgraded the part I needed for no charge. I told him I really appreciated his continued customer service. He understands what good service means and never disappoints me. I highly recommend the Oreck Store in Temecula, Kudos Ted!
