I had a very pleasant experience working with Andrea (goes by Andi) in the Temecula office. Right from the beginning she was extremely professional but even better than that she was professional with personality. I was immediately comfortable with sharing my financial details with her and I trusted that she would do what she could to make my loan process as smooth as possible.
I went into getting this loan with eyes wide open. I needed to consolidate high interest credit card debt and One Main Financial was able to help me meet this expectation. Anyone who is looking for a way out of debt should work with people that can be trusted since there are many out there who will prey on those who are in a financial bind with a moderate credit score. Always be careful but ALWAYS go with someone you can trust. I highly recommend working with Andi at One Main Financial if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I was working with Luis Flores and it was terrible. Do not waste your time trying to do anything trough this location. It was a waste of time, customer service is horrible. They never answer your calls or return calls. They basically do a hard inquiry on your credit and then don’t follow up. This branch needs to be more professional and work on customer service. If you decide to use one main financial my suggestion is going to another location like Lake Elsinore because Temecula is a terrible branch to use.

They are the most horrible people, they called me over and over while I’m at work , to notify me that I didn’t pay my monthly bill . I paid it Friday, so I don’t understand why they bothered me at work for ???? So I called to find out what is what and they gave me the runaround, I’m on lunch … so waste my lunch time just to say your sorry … this place is horrible with customer service, they hang up on you and put u on hold for 10-20 minutes..

When it came to getting the loan OneMain has been very helpful and communicative, quick with approval and the loan only took about 2 hours from start to deposit. Very convenient

RUN AWAY!!! Don't let them run your credit by falling for the pre-qualification scam. Total waste of a hard inquiry when they could have just had a general application. They make you link up your bank account and want to call your employer even after getting a recent pay stub. Its 10k not a mortgage. Stick with legitimate banks because the lender is a joke and clearly they don't care about your credit or you for that matter. They don't deserve 1 star

Very nice people BUT, they tell you that you are approved for x amount, and do a hard pull on your credit just to deny you, then want to give you a loan to refinance your vehicle at a much higher interest rate, I didn't even want that, I wanted a loan to consolidate my debts into 1 payment and get a car fixed! Oh well, you live and you learn!

Predatory loans and full of lying employees. You'll take a credit hit and won't get anything but B******* in return! Then to top it off they apply for refinancing on your vehicles without letting you know or asking for approval. Very dirty business full of deceit and worthless people using disgraceful antics. Avoid this place to save yourself the time and money! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Allison Rosiles! If you go here, which I would suggest you do, please ask for Allison. She is so pleasant to work with! Very knowledgeable and she has a great work ethic. From conversations on the phone to her coming in on a Saturday to meet me (I work Mon-Fri & couldn't make it in) I was very impressed with how accommodating she was for me. To be honest I was a little nervous and slightly embarrassed to be filing for a loan and she made me feel at ease and that they were there to do nothing but help me in my time of need. Again, ask for Allison, she's a professional sweetheart!

Don't do it. They will mislead you. Say your approved when you are not. We waited over an hour in the office, for them to tell us they cannot loan us money. After we accomplished everything they asked of us.

I have been with this Company for 4 years,even back when it was called Springleaf. I have paid off 3 different loans while being with them. Here's what pisses me off. I have 3 payments left. $500 balance. I get at least 3 offers a month through the mail or email, i'm pre-qualified for up to $7500. So i asked for a $1000 dollar loan and refinance the $500 balance with it. $1500.00 total. So they run a hard hit on my credit report and then deny me the loan after 4 years and all the $1000's they have made off me in interest. OneMain Financial, do me a favor don't send me any more offers, and i'll be paying you the $500 ASAP to get you out of my life. ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
