Let me tell you something, I've been in this town since 1987. I have shopped many places and dealt with many people. I do my own work on my vehicles. Having shopped literally every parts store in this valley. I can assure you that no body can beat the knowledgeable friendly staff at Temecula parts authority! If you want the right part, the first time. call them first!ll... ask for Jerry or Fern. The knowledge these 2 have for car parts is unbelievable! As a local Google guide, my advice to you, if you need auto parts you need parts authority! Please tell Jerry it Fern that "sliced bread" sent you for special pricing.

Perfect fit. I just moved my HVAC shop in the area. We do our own auto repair and maintenance. I haven't been in a parts store like this since I was in high school. Old skol comfort and fellas that know what's up. No B/S questions like O'Reilly and autozone

Now "Parts Authority", this is a service-counter place where the parts I needed were looked up on the computer, then retrieved from the large warehouse beyond. Was out the door quickly with the parts at an economical price.

Joe at Parts Authority was incredibly patient, kind, and courteous. He helped me locate the radiator I needed (which was a better quality manufacturer and at least $50 cheaper than inferior radiators at AutoZone, O’Reilly’s, Advanced Auto, etc.). He was actually locking up the door on his way out for the day, when he saw my husband and reopened the store so that we could purchase the radiator. And he gave us a reference to a great mobile mechanic that came out and immediately installed the radiator for a fraction of what every other shop in town quoted. I can’t say enough good things about Joe and Parts Authority. We are customers for life now. Thanks, Joe!!

I work for a dealership in the area and i have owned my own independent shop and this place is a class A establishment. Hidden away, not pretty from the outside and simple and basic. That's how are are able to keep the parts prices so cheap. The workers inside were all super friendly and i instantly felt like i was talking to friends. I highly recommend them for some basic parts and aftermarket products.
