Raced over there from lake Elsinore because I’m needing a stroller urgently and Hours posted says they close at 2:30pm I got there at 2:20pm and they were closed? Tried calling the store with no answer very disappointing by the time I got there they shouldn’t have been closed considering I got there 10 minute before

I have used this store starting in 2020, now I would like to return some items for resale I have been trying to get an appointment and when I called the first time I was hung up on I also left a message the first time with no return call.now I have called and not taking appointment possibly next week too! I will donate to a more reputable store

I absolutely love this store. I love how they have name-brand clothes for both boys and girls. They have like brand-new strollers, cribs, bassinets, and more. Especially the prices are very affordable. I came in to buy a beanie and some pants for my daughter. I got four items for under $20, not bad at all. The owner is so sweet and very caring.

Oh Baby Resale Store is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and sincerity, but the real standout was Jessica. She explain every detail about the products we had questions on, but her kindness and thoughtfulness truly made the experience exceptional. Her genuine care for customers shines through in every interaction. As a family-owned baby resale store, you can really feel the personal touch and heart behind everything they do. I highly recommend stopping by this wonderful store-it's a treasure trove of baby resale quality products with unbeatable service. Thank you again, Jessica, for making our visit so memorable! I can't believe I forgot to review this shop! We were in town a few months ago for my husband's work and I had time to kill. Early in my pregnancy and just spending a lot of money on IVF, I wanted to see if there were any affordable gems here and spend some time out of the hotel. It's probably good that I waited to review because I have now been to quite a few secondhand baby stores, and this one was my favorite. It had plenty of stock but was not too crammed to shop or walk. There's a decent variety of items and brands, so the owner is definitely selective of what they purchase from people and how much I would assume, which translates to a better customer experience. The clothing available is dramatically cuter and in better shape than all the other secondhand stores I've been to now. I also appreciate that pricing was very reasonable. The owner was there the day I shopped and she was quite friendly and not overly helpful which can be annoying. Just the right balance and she seemed passionate about her business and knowledgeable. Definitely check it out if you've got the chance! You may find a few gems like I did.

I currently live in San Diego but travel up to Temecula often and always try to stop into Oh! Baby. The owner Jesica is so friendly, always greets me with a hello. She has an amazing selection of clothing, toys, baby gear, books, bows & much much more. The items she stocks is always in great condition. I feel that her prices are fair. I have been shopping here for years now and always find something great one or all of my four kiddos. I honestly really enjoy coming in and seeing what's available.

Just stopped in for the first time last week and had an amazing experience! The owner Jessica was extremely helpful and sweet. I bought a few outfits for my son and was very impressed with the quality and quantity of second hand baby and kids items available. The day after I shopped I called and made an appointment on their weekly buying day and was able to sell a baby carrier, shoes and diaper bags for a reasonable price and decided to get store credit. I will definitely be back to shop here frequently and support a local Mom owned business

Great experience selling with the owner today. She was super nice and very honest. While I did not get a ton of money for higher end clothing, it's a business and she needs to make a profit too, so no objections from me. I just needed this stuff out of my garage. Will definitely be back to sell again.

This place is a joke, completely unreasonable sets of "rules". They are only open from 11-4:30 and you have to call for same day appointments to bring anything in. This is very difficult for mothers with babies and small children to begin with. I tried calling at 11:00 and the phone kept being busy. I decided to just drive over and see where it is. I don't think it's unreasonable to go in person to make an appointment. But I was told I needed to go outside and call, can't make in person appointments. Seriously? No way to treat people seeing how you depend on good quality stuff to sell. I will take my business elsewhere. I'm extremely offended by such snobby behavior. You're a small shop in Temecula lady, get over yourself!
