Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to pay for 3 small items. If you can't hire enough employees, how about self-serve kiosks?

If it was an option,ZERO STARS. No customer service and a waste of my time. I walked in hoping to get thank you cards printed for my mother's funeral, but walked out with nothing. When I walked up to the printing service area, there was only one female employee already assisting a customer. I checked in on the computer to place me on a waiting list. At 6:15pm, I received a text stating my estimated wait time was 6 minutes. I replied back, to remove myself from the waitlist, at 7:35pm. I hung out near the printing service area for more than an hour and not a single employee talked to me. The only contact I received from office depot was a few text messages saying one person was ahead of me and that my estimated wait time was 6 minutes. I angrily walked out when TWO employees decided to help one customer who just walked up to the counter, even though they just sent me a text message about 5 minutes prior. Tonight's [rare] visit to office depot was such an upsetting experience that left me so angry and disappointed. It has definitely become a place I CANNOT rely on for any of my printing services.

Always shop here for many years now - everyone is so helpful and nice. They always have what I need and can help me with copies, packages, etc, etc!!

I stood in line at the printing counter for a good 10:00 minutes while two people worked away just feet away from me. Nobody said "I'll be right with you" or even looked at me. When I was finally acknowledged I was told right away "if you need something printed go use the kiosk". (Without even asking me what I needed) I didn't need anything printed. I needed a thumb drive copied onto 2 more thumbdrives. I felt like I was putting them out by needing their services. After purchasing the thumb drives in the store I stood in line again for another 15 minutes. With another person in front of me I knew it'd be a good 20 minutes. All I wanted to do was drop off the thumb drives and come back and pick them up another day. I left the store feeling so deflated. Besides the one gentlemen in the store, the service was horrible. If you can go someplace else, I strongly suggest you do so.

Walked around the store for several minutes trying to locate my online order but never saw even one cashier or clerk. There were no other customers, either. I don't understand how this place stays open.

I really appreciate the employees at this Office Depot. I don't usually base my reviews on employees because they come & go, but this store is a winner. They have what any office store might need and if not, the employees give good suggestions. They also care about the community & give back to local schools. Now that is a BIG WIN in my book!!

Lack of professionalism. This store always seems to have problems when it comes to customer service. The floors are always unclean, and it's never a welcoming environment to be in.

Print and copy service lacks customer service . But that's not the worse part , the quality in their prints is terrible ! The how big is mommy's belly was printed at Office Depot .. the guess how many was printed at staples WOW what a difference in quality ! Unfortunately didn't notice how awful the quality in the print from Office Depot was until stood next to the print from staples . Definitely won't be going to Office Depot anymore . Staples in Menifee had much better customer service and MUCH better quality in print !

Called the number waited over 10 minutes for someone to answer . No avail . Call again thinking the store had to be slammed . Completely stunned once I walk-in as there were literally at the most 6 people. I called again and noticed that the phone was ringing and the representative wasn't picking up . I call again once in line as I'm waking up and she picks up . I hang up once she says hello and then she proceeds to act like she is on the phone . Has a whole 3 minute conversation with the imaginary person before finally assisting me. Funny . She ends the call with I'll see you soon. She calls another associate over to look over another project and the conversation goes on for about 3-4 minutes before she addresses me .Then she tries to dismiss me by inviting another client who at this point is behind me and was not in the store when I walked in to come in front of me . At this point I call her out and tell her that I absolutely do mind and that I called earlier only to see that the store was empty and that the call she just took was actually me . At this point she apologizes and clearly is embarrassed. She then again makes an excuse that the system is slow and that they are understaffed. She attempts to delete the message I sent but I again call her out and say that I received the automated Office Depot email saying that it was received. I send it again. She says it's not there though I see it pull up. Calmly, I ask her to print it via the pdf source format . She again tries to escape. " I don't know how to do that so I'll get my manager .... " No worries I'll teach you. I replied . The line grows now behind me . She radios over the other associate and ask to switch with her. He comes over and she then apologizes to the client who she said was in the store before me . 10 minutes later I have my prints . This place needs to improve drastically. As I leave I ask for a manager only to meet an associate in training who states there is no manager on staff at the moment . I look around and other than the three- four people behind me the store is empty. I no longer see the female associate who was helping me . .... It was strange indeed .

Walter Spent over ten minutes trying to figure out where my pick up order was then told me to get back in line after making me wait. Customer service is not existent. I will not be doing anymore purchases here. No one wants to deal with a bad attitude manager. Cusotmer service is quite literally your job.

This store is really sad, to start with this store is very dirty..the floors look like they haven't been cleaned or even mopped in month's. The service in this store is bad as well, I was looking into buying a lap top, my husband and I was looking at them for about 30 mins NO ONE came to see if we needed help with anything....we finally ask for help. I think we could of been the only ones in there at the time. Plenty of workers standing around doing nothing, considering the fact the place is very dirty inside. Hallways towards the restrooms, floors were so sticky your feet stuck to the floor two days later we go back. WOW floors are the same way. I bet if I was to go back now again a week and a half later it'd be the same way. This is really sad that store used to be a very nice store I don't know what has happened over the years poor management perhaps. I used to work in this store years ago very nice store not anymore.

Had a great shopping experience at Office Depot today! Jim and Miles were both so helpful with trying to locate an order I had placed online. Jim was especially friendly as a cashier and helped us save a bit by suggesting an alternate product. Very much appreciated!

Made a quick visit and was helped with a smile and courteous direction. In fact, this employee walked and showed me the exact ink roll I needed. This employee, #784239, was also able to speed up my visit by taking my payment via online ... I did not have to wait in line. Thanks Office Depot #609, you all are great! I will be back. :)
