Polite staff very nice. Nice selection of all items needed. Wish there was a bit more variety but they have all that is needed on short notice. No complaints there. I went in to print and there was a bit of a wait and some of the printers were down. Took me almost an hour to make some copies. This affected my rating. Thankfully the employees are polite

The store was very clean and organized! The displays were well placed and organized and showed the features and functions allowing the ability to discover if the desk was exactly what I was looking for. Jim was our sales person and made sure we were 100% happy and he provided incredible customer service, friendliness and professionalism.

I'm a regular customer, but not a frequent one since my retirement. I've never been disappointed with either the service or helpful nature of the staff. On occasion I don't find what I hope to, but more often I do. Office Depot is very convenient, and is always my first choice for office products.

Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to pay for 3 small items. If you can't hire enough employees, how about self-serve kiosks?

I stood in line at the printing counter for a good 10:00 minutes while two people worked away just feet away from me. Nobody said "I'll be right with you" or even looked at me. When I was finally acknowledged I was told right away "if you need something printed go use the kiosk". (Without even asking me what I needed) I didn't need anything printed. I needed a thumb drive copied onto 2 more thumbdrives. I felt like I was putting them out by needing their services. After purchasing the thumb drives in the store I stood in line again for another 15 minutes. With another person in front of me I knew it'd be a good 20 minutes. All I wanted to do was drop off the thumb drives and come back and pick them up another day. I left the store feeling so deflated. Besides the one gentlemen in the store, the service was horrible. If you can go someplace else, I strongly suggest you do so.

Lack of communication, knowledge and overall service. Employees need more training. They are alway late on turn around time given for projects. Very unreliable.

The Associate Marquis was exceptional! Upon entering the store, Marquis welcomed me with a friendly greeting while attending to another customer at the register. He also helped me find the items I needed quickly. Marquis has a professional and pleasant disposition. He was helpful and very respectful in his demeanor and communication. All businesses should have people like Marquis!

Marquis ran over to help me checkout excellent customer service. Marquis was very polite and had a great personality. I asked him if i could do a survey for him. Customers only do surveys when they have had a bad experience but not when they see a amazing employee.
