Have been going to Newman for many, many years. Great office, staff, and never had an issue with my tax returns. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Always checks to make sure you get any available tax credits and suggestions for future tax savings. Answers any questions you may have. Pleasure to have as my tax preparer.

Been going to Harold for years. Always an excellent experience. Always makes himself available during the year for questions too. I don't even live in CA anymore, but still use Harold for my taxes.

Still have yet to receive my 2021 refund because Harry put the wrong routing number on my return. We had told him the correct number and specifically noted that our Bank of America account was not originally formed in California. They thought they knew better and put the California routing number so when it didn’t match we never got the refund. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made each time having to re-explain the issues with one time the owner being extremely rude to my wife. His attitude only changed when he realized that it was their mistake and not ours. Not only do I not have my 2021 return but they submitted my state refund incorrectly so now NY is coming after me for $6000. Again Harry claimed he would help but continued the same pattern of emails requesting signatures on POA’s not attached to the email. VERY poor attention to detail from everyone at this company. When I should be have $2000 in my pocket I have nothing, paid them for my tax return and have NY after me for $6k. I give this business 1 star for those that have $8000 to flush down the drain otherwise I give them 0 stars.

Went in for a tax consultation and was helped by Kandace. She is very nice and very informative with my tax concerns, answered all my tax questions and gave me a peace of mind.I definitely would recommend this place.I look forward to having her work on my tax return 2023.Thanks again for taking the time to meet with me.

I needed some help with one of my family's tax returns and they were very accommodating and gave me a discount on the return. They seem to be very professional and have a well managed office. I have forgotten the name of the man who did my return but he was very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them. The only reason I gave them for was because I have so little experience with them.

Always amazed with Harold Newman’s knowledge in the industry. For 4/yrs now I’ve walked into his office with my documents and left within an hour knowing my final outcome. I still stress about going but leaving is another story.
