have never done bussness but when she comes home just retired from the army and and has money tjis place but shes new and needs to find out how to get card to withdraw money from the atm if some one's how to get card placelet me no how this place has no ofice only stm manchines but its 4 hours that's good for when need money it's very nice place to come.

I always have a good experience @ NFCU at this location. Employees are nice and helpful. A teller named Angel was very helpful.

Member Services Representatives too busy blowing up balloons in Branch Managers office while 3 members sat waiting to be assisted with very important financial concerns. Then when we were finally seen, the MSR did not handle our transaction correctly resulting in our having to contact Navy FCU the next day. We are hoping things improve.

Absolute worst customer service by Hanni. Horrendous, no sense of customer service nor a pleasant greeting received. We were left with such an unpleasant experience we decided to go with another credit union.

I came in to the balance to pay off my car and to open a new checking account. Rebecca was the one who "helped" but really didn't help. She was RUDE had questioned me several times on why I want a new account, even though I explained clearly why (just to start all over after my divorce) she did not want to help and made me feel stupid. I don't understand why she is even a banker. Worse customer service!!!

Every time I have gone here it has always been a great experience. From the time we sat down to open accounts here until now, their customer service has been top notch. They are quick to alert us to fraudulent activity on our cards, which is why we came here in the first place. Our last credit union failed in this respect & proceeded to shut down both our cards on a weekend, no less! Needless to say we were beyond perturbed! It prompted us to find another credit union. We are very happy with their service and unless it changes adversely we will remain long time members. Their staff has always treated us in a cordial & professional manner. My entire family does their banking here and are also very satisfied doing business with them.
