We have been doing business with Mutal Propane for 3 years. Our last fill, we asked for 200 gallons. When they came, they only gave us 100. We started running low around Thanksgiving. We called, made sure our bill was paid and asked to be put on the next route, so that we could get another fill. When no one had come to fill our tank, we called again and they said they weren't going to be out our way for another 2 weeks. My husband asked for them to come and give us enough propane to get by. Last night, we recieved a very nasty and unprofessional call from the dispatch manager from the Temecula office. He said he was upset that we made him look bad. After yelling and calling us a "charity case," which we most certainly are not, he told us they won't be coming out to fill our tank again and to take our business else where. We are a family of 10 with several young children. We were belittled, insulted and left with zero propane during the cold season. In a hurry to resolve our predicament, we found another company who will be coming to the rescue Thursday morning. A blessing in disguise, we with the new company will be saving $100 this month. If you are in need of propane I would recommend doing business with Inland Propane.

Joe and the entire staff at Mutual Propane truly know how to take care of their customers and tend to there needs. It's like having a family member in charge of your propane. They are the best.

I pass this time 100 times and finally decided to stop very easy to get in and out great price and the gentleman that helped me with my propane filled up my RV he was really a great guy Bob for knowledgeable quick this is the place where I'm getting my propane
