They were very helpful with my sewing machine concern. He knew right a way what the issue was. I was unaware of the frequency you have to change your needle. They also gave me welcomed advice.

My husband surprised me with a Brother Dream Creator XE. It is a beautiful machine. We purchased the service plan and just renewed the plan. I have the machine serviced annually, but can bring it in for service anytime needed. As for the TEAM at Moore’s, they are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them to everyone! Thanks TEAM.

Love the store and their awesome friendly knowledgeable staff! They make you feel like you are family. The manager is always available to help with questions or suggestions to help you with your sewing machine. Nancy was very helpful leading me to multiple choices of bobbins for my particular machine. I loved the colored ones lol.

My sewing machine was giving me issues and I didn't know hardly anything about it. I brought it to Moore's to see about getting it repaired. It turned out it just needed some minor upkeep. Nancy was super helpful and taught me how to service the machine if the issue happens again. She was kind and humorous and I am super grateful for these guys!

Every team member at the Temecula location is so knowledgeable and helpful! I visited the store while on vacation to look at a Scan n Cut machine. I had visited many other sewing machines, stores and brother dealers to try to get a demo of this machine, and to ask questions about it. Every other Brother dealer did not have anybody on the floor to answer any questions about the machine.But as soon as I mentioned it at the Moore store, they knew exactly what machine they had it out to show me a demo and they knew everything about it and all of the features. They also offer classes for this machine. I was so impressed. I bought the machine while on vacation and they shipped it to me with their free shipping offer.I will be visiting their store every time we vacation in CA in the future.

I went in asked if they fixed seeing machines and Joshua started working on it right away. He was very nice and I guess it was an easy fix so did not charge me and also let me know correct needles to buy and gave me a cheat sheet for them. I was impressed with the place. I will definitely be back.

I have been a customer at Moore's for about 10 years. Recently I brought my Dream machine in for servicing. I received it back in a very few days. It was clean and a sample of various stitches showed that the machine had been adjusted properly. Great job!
