Our tech advisor, Kayvon Larry, was beyond outstanding! Technical knowledge was really good and he was personable and helpful. The 5 stars is for him. I will say that the cost of the battery replacement borders on heinous robbery of a customer. The labor charge would indicate at least 3 hrs to install a battery that is so easy to replace, that a novice could do it in 15-30 minutes. So, VERY happy with our tech advisor. VERY unhappy with the price abuse of Mercedes Benz of Temecula!

The mechanics did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Check-in and check-out need improvement. I arrived on time for my appointment, then waited 30 minutes to drop off vehicle. When it was finished, I paid, then asked for the keys, so I did have not to wait for someone to bring me the vehicle. I waited another 30 minutes before I was handed the keys.

We’ve just purchased our fourth Mercedes-Benz this time we went to Mercedes Benz of Temecula by far the best Mercedes dealer I’ve ever been to the staff is wonderful there. We are so happy with them their friendly have great prices. They treated us like family will be back for all our service and our next Mercedes. They call the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula for all your help. Thank you again.

My experience has been less than great. Waited about 20 minutes past my scheduled service time and I didn’t meet or speak to the service representative I was assigned to. I took my car for a diagnosis as to why all my dashboard lights were coming on and off repeatedly. I was told nothing was wrong when the car they cleared the message and was giving back to me 2 days later. Immediately all the lights came back on as I was still at the service center. Called my service rep over to show him and he said to monitor it and he would have a loaner available for me in by Monday if the issue persists.(this was Friday) I messaged my service rep to confirm this on Sunday morning to let him know I did need to take me car back for further inspection after all and I would need the loaner after all. I have yet to hear from him. Clearly Mercedes Benz of Temecula does not care about its costumers concerns or safety. These service representatives need a refresher on timeliness, amicably, and courteous customer service.

My first service experience at MB Temecula was 5 star. No waiting time to drop off, pick up. Paid online. Bruce was professional and personable. My car was washed and vacuumed. I’m happy.

A fantastic, hassle-free experience purchasing a car from Nolan! Was the quickest, smoothest car transaction I have ever experienced. Top notch customer service all around.Huck, the Sales Manager was professional and oversaw the whole thing. He personally walked us through the whole process; including the walk out to the delivery area. Highly recommend this place and these guys! Will definitely buy from them again!

Excellent! Kayvan, my service advisor was super friendly, knowledgeable and made clear everything had questions on! I’ve been to another dealer in the area and the service wasn’t near as good. I felt like a number. They didn’t even provide a courtesy wash after Al the money I spent there. Anyways, everyone at MB Temecula was very customer service oriented. From reception, service welcoming staff, even the coffee lady! Wow! I won’t be going anywhere else for my Mercedes Benz service & sales!

Brian and Michael were so helpful and knowledgeable while we were shopping for our car. Very attentive, patient and took their time throughout the whole process. Even received a call the next morning to check in and see how we were. Overall, what is usually a very stressful process, they made it a pleasant experience. I would refer family and friends to Mercedes Benz Temecula.

The person who assisted us was simply wonderful! Frank made our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula extremely smooth and positive from beginning to the end. He was profoundly kind, professional, friendly, and profoundly knowledgeable. Each member of the Mercedes-Benz of Temecula family was very welcoming to us. They have such a great team there. Frank and his fellow team members were all fantastic! Without a doubt this dealership is the place to go if you want to feel welcome. We left happy with our purchase and Frank did such an amazing job making sure we were taken care of.

I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz Temecula. This is the third Mercedes Benz I have bought from them. I always come back because of Jackie. She is awesome. If there is a way to make you a deal she will do everything in her power to make it happen. Frankie did a great job showing us the vehicle. My wife had all of her questions answered. When we went to finance we had Wayne. It’s funny to say this, but we had so much fun signing the paperwork and getting to know him a lot more than the last time we saw him during our last purchase. Every time I come to Mercedes Benz Temecula they make me feel like I’m family. That’s why I will always come back.

Everything was great. Bruce always does a fantastic job and is very helpful. My only concern was a fairly large liquid spot under the engine when we arrived home. I uploaded a photo on the original text. Please call or text back. Please make a note in my file and review the photo. I am disabled and I don't want to be stranded if there is still an issue. Amazing experience as it was my first time purchasing a Mercedes Benz. Going in I thought people would be rude but it was completely the opposite. Got greeted as we walked into the parking lot and got directed personally to the front desk. Receptionist was also very polite and with a good attitude. Lauren Rose the Sprinter Van sales manager was amazing. She knew everything about the sprinter van and made all the paperwork process very quickly and informative. I'm sold for my future fleet of vans for my business. Will definitely recommend to other people. The drive is kind of far from Orange County but well worth it. Good team with a good attitude.

Although, the deal was not ideal for us at the momment,. I have never experienced such a feel at any dealership in my life. Omar, you seriously are one of the best sales representative I’ve ever encountered. You really made us feel as though you were looking out for our best interest rather than trying to make a quick dollar. Even as we were exiting you were so helpful with us in still trying for us to make a good deal. Your honesty and sincerity have stayed in my mind. I want to start by saying I’m sanded to have to write this try or of review about such a great brand.I purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML-350 4Matic July 19th, 2021 around 8 & 9 Pm and picked up the vehicle, July 20th, 2021 around 12 & 2 pmWhen working with the sales Director (Jackie) she was very eager to get me into this vehicle, under my circumstances and working with the cash that I had to offer.At first glance in seeing the vehicle, it was very gorgeous and appealing. Once I test drove the vehicle, I felt like it ran well and move pretty good, but I noticed there was a slight issue with the braking system. The Car seemed to need for you to push all the way down on the brakes for it to stop. I mentioned this along my test drive, and was assured that everything was fine and inspected and certified. So I continued with my purchase.I paid a good amount of money for this vehicle, and waited to pick it up the next day. Once I picked up the vehicle I drove it to my home and still noticing that you have to press all the way down on the brakes for the vehicles to stop at any lights or stop signs. I then decided to use it to go to work the next morning when I was on the 215 freeway headed northbound and I approached my exit to a red light and attempted to stop but the vehicle unfortunately would not stop no matter how many times I tried to get it to stop. This vehicle ended up crashing into another stopped vehicle causing damage to both vehicles.Once I exchange my information with the other driver, I immediately turned around and drove straight back to Mercedes-Benz Temecula, where I purchased a vehicle and picked it up not even less than 24 hours before. Upon my arrival I spoke with the service manager (Many) who are then expressed my accident information and told him the situation of what had just happened. He took the vehicle in for inspection, and Mercedes gave me a loaner to use while they were completing investigation.I had the Mercedes-Benz loaner for over a month and once my ML-350 was so-called ready. I return to the dealership to pick it up.The dealership did repair the damages to the vehicle, and did inform me that they investigated the situation and assured me that nothing was wrong with the braking system and everything was fine.Once I picked up the vehicle, I drove it straight home, and I just decided not to drive it again, and I made the decision to sell it.A few months later, I discovered an article that came out for a recall. On these particular makes and models of Mercedes-Benz, and the recall was for the braking system in these vehicles specifically my model (ML-350) .I then reached out to Mercedes-Benz USA directly and try to seek compensation for this vehicle and the accident that had occurred. With many emails, back-and-forth and many many phone calls, Mercedes-Benz USA refused to pay compensation for this vehicle or go forward with this matter at all anymore since I had already gotten rid of the vehicle. mind you, I did state to them “I got rid of the vehicle because I feared for my safety in that vehicle”, and sold it to a junkyard. Even after submitting numerous amounts of evidence and photos of everything, it did not matter to the brand, because the vehicle was no longer in my possession so they felt they were no longer liable for anything.I was highly disappointed with their decision & outcome, and now, for I will have to seek further action against the brand because I was in possession and the owner at the time of the accident before the recall came out and even when bringing this to their attention they did not offer a new vehicle or my money back.I love the brand but in this situation they could have done way better in taking care of the customer.See photos bellow

I have always experienced great services in the past, however communication completely broken down on the status of my car and when it would be returned to me. At the end of the week Austin in Service helped me out and stayed in touch with me. Then I realized after my car was returned that it was never detailed as ordered.
