The staff are always so wonderful to deal with. This time I had the pleasure of working with Mario who also gave some good advice for a performance question. I have the most extraordinary service advisor here at Mercedes-Benz Temecula, Bruce Barrett!!!! Everytime I come in, I feel his genuine concern for my vehicles maintenance needs, and my own needs as a customer. Just recently I had a check engine light come on and on short notice had to drop off my vehicle after his hours. With no shuttle available (and my discomfort calling an Uber), Bruce went above and beyond and offered to drive me home himself. I am very grateful for Bruce always there to call on and get my vehicle serviced, and it feels good to be welcomed like family every time I visit.

I had my car serviced at the Temecula Mercdes Dealership. First I was charged 500. 00 dollars for the diagnostic test I later received a quote an hour later saying it was the transmission and it would be 12.000 dollars to didn’t feel comfortable with the services that I was getting so I picked up my Mercedes the following day took it else where with having to pay a little over a thousand dollar due to having a leaking gasket from my transmission thanking myself for a second opinion I was not happy with the person who helped me he needs to learn more customer service I was totally disappointed

The experience with the car was great. Just wish that the dealership would have stopped calling me Jim. My paperwork said Jay and I even told them Jay when they called me. But every message that I get still says Jim.

From the moment I entered the dealership, Keith, my salesman, was informative and personable as well as thorough in his presentation of the vehicles and the differences to consider. I am thrilled with my vehicle and I feel that I can count on Mercedes if I have any issue. I’ve been buying cars for a very long time, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had.
