They are prompt with getting back to you and go beyond what I'd call normal to get you what you want. Wish we'd have found them two bedrooms earlier. Very knowledgeable when it comes to mattresses. Their business is like the old days when business people cared about their customers. Imagine that. We're very happy with them. LOL”

“Moved from Seattle, and the shuttle down happened. Went in looking for reclining couch. Julie helped me and after an hour of checking out what was in the store she found one to deliver this week. So sight unseen, I was delivered my new reclining couch and omg so comfortable!!! Absolutely helpful and with the damm covid, I am just happy Julie was able to get me something so quickly! People are so impatient and don't understand its not the stores fault for delays , so very grateful for everything Julie did and the guys who helped deliver!!!”
“Riley is incredible and then some! I purchased a wonderful stearns and foster mattress which I absolutely love from the Hemet store, but called Riley because I purchased the adjustable from their store. I was concerned because the mattress was making weird sounds and the mattress would jump when I put it up….well lo and behold Riley solved the mystery it was that the mattress was too close to the headboard!!!! Now I can have a restful nights sleep and not worry about something being wrong with the base and the mattress! Riley was Very kind and helpful and he is appreciated, he is an asset to Mattress Firm.”
