WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Apparently they only have two people work there and when I asked for some help Tomas (manager of store) said well we're closing inn30 days so we don't have a lot of people. Meanwhile he's just standing in the front not doing ANYTHING. Don't go here the drive to Murrieta is worth it. Better all around

Went in to buy a brand new tv but walked out. You would think they would be more helpful during the holidays. I didn't see any workers in there to help me only the 2 that were in the front talking who didn't even acknowledge me or anyone else who walked in the store, they were just in their own world. Won't come back here

This place is a joke, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. They lack professionalism. If you hate your job that much get a new one. Every time I have gone to this location they do not disappoint in their lack of respect for customers.

Went in to look for a gaming monitor. I'm not like a pro gamer I just casually play World of Warcraft and a few other games. And I was checking out my options. I had a lot of questions and right when I turn to look for somebody. An employee named Zai asked if I needed help. Zai was AMAZING knew exactly what he was talking very informational about all the Specs I needed. I was even looking at a more expensive monitor and he pushed me towards a cheaper better for gaming monitor!! I am absolutely impressed and excited about my new purchase. I would already be setting it up and playin but tonight is date night with the Fiance.... Once again Zai thanks bro for the professional, kind, curtious, customer service. I definitely want to see this guy be a manager one day if he's not already!!

We keep coming back to Best Buy for electronics! I usually search online first, comparing prices and features. I seem to find many of the best deals for electronics that I'm looking for at Best Buy! I'm not one to buy something sight unseen--another good reason for me for buying from Best Buy. With stores that have always been close to where I live, I find what I want, then go to the store to see it, feel it, ask questions, and buy it! We aren't super high-tech, nor do we need the latest and greatest name brand products. I think we have gotten some really good deals! Over the last several years we are now on our third TV purchase from Best Buy. The two older TVs still look and work great! Some tips and positive experiences: 1) Steve at the Temecula store helped us with our latest purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! If you need help with video and audio, ask for Steve. He's good! 2) Totaltech membership is $199.99/year and gets you free delivery, install, mounting, connection support, year long tech support, other stuff, versus $460 if you were to order deliver/install/mounting/connecting separately. 3) Their website is pretty good, making for easy online browsing to help with your purchasing decisions. 4) Easy returns and exchanges. 5) My online account keeps track of all of my purchases and transactions. Our TV and install will be delivered next week. If all goes well, I won't need to update this five star rating!

Made an Apple Service appointment to have a part replaced a week prior to the appointment date. Get to Best Buy and they don't have the part. I do not recommend them for fixing any Apple products; they cannot guarantee the part will be at the store per the Geek Squad rep.

Bestbuy wasted my time with their fake price match policy. Reached out to them because I purchased some Xbox controllers on two different days, a week later target had the same controllers on sale which is why I reached out for a price match. The bestbuy agent tells me that they can't price match it because it was the last day of the sale. Can't return the items because I don't have the boxes anymore and they scan the serial number from the box, so i can purchase the other one for return purpose. At the end of the day bestbuy is just in it for themselves and not taking care of the customer. Never shopping at BB again. 1. Find a qualifying product. While online, find a qualifying product that you want BestBuy.com to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is an immediately available new product and is identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number and color). BestBuy.com orders are available for price matching by phone only.

I had a great experience here. My smartphone was constantly running out of memory, forcing me to juggle space by deleting apps, etc. Sales Associate, William Griffee, solved the problem for me by suggesting I get an SD memory card. He was even kind enough to install it for me!

I'm reporting this fraud scam to the BBB. This company is an Indian call scam center but based in America and has actual stores where they sell fake garbage broken product. Entire tube of thermal paste was completely dry

i will never buy anything from best buy, pacific sales or any other company affiliated with best best. purchase a 30" electric wall oven from the temecula best buy (pacific sales) for my 95 year old mom. they are to deliver today. we were very excited to have a working oven. they were supposed to deliver and install between noon 3:00 and 5:00pm. she gets a call (i'm at work 75 miles away) from the installers. can't make it. can come back the 20th or 21st, please call - then can't understand the whole number thier cell phone was horrible. so we can't call back to find out what is going on... i have the app... look it up... still shows we are expecting delivery. so i call the 888-237-8289 and 800-433-5778 even called the store (they no long take calls - goes to someone in an office somewhere). let's take this one at a time: the 888 and 800 numbers: geek squad - omg - first couldn't understand the lady that tried to assist. i tried my best and all she could do is read what was on her screen. still showing it was on the truck and for delivery today. i told her what was going on (the phone call to cancel - but all she could do was to let me know the item was being delivered.) i had to wait 15 on hold to even talk to her and then another 5 for her to look it up!!!?! the 800 was the same as the other - but this time i chose to have them call me back (thinking they would take my call in the order that it was received - of course not - that would make it too easy on their customers!) this was 45 minutes ago and still no call back. then i call the store. they don't open up unitl 11:00 today. so at 11:00 on the dot, called. spoke to a guy (somewhere in an office in the us - not at store - they no longer take calls.) he just could send an email to the store. i'm sure the manager of this store is just rolling his eyes and can't be bothered. i'm going to go into this store tomorrow, cancel my order and go to home depot or lowes. this is the worst experience i've ever had. again - don't waste your time, your time or your sanity with this store. the worst service anywhere. i'd rather stand in line at the dmv in the middle of summer, shoulder to shoulder for four hours than deal with this type of non service again.

I had to leave a review after seeing some of the recent ones that were poor. We bought a new 75in TV in May and had the Geek Squad come and install it. They also made sure it connected into our surround sound system as well as our Sonos system. That also programmed the tv to work with everything and then showed me how to utilize all the facets. Everything about my experience from the purchase in the store to the Geek Squad driving away was awesome.

All I wanted was to confirm with the local store whether or not they accept satellite disks for recycling, as instructed by the website. But no, the local phone number is just a series of instructions on a national system to push buttons and the O for operator doesn't work. On the first round, I pushed a button and the line hung up. On the second round a national operator sent me to the Geek Squad recording in Temecula. I left an "instructive message" about how unhelpful and un-customer-service-oriented the Best Buy system is. When a company can't do the basic friendly or community service function of answering their phones it makes me not want to shop there in the future. I only rated the store one star. It would have been zero, but the system wouldn't allow me to vent my frustration without at least one star.
