I visited the Temecula store Friday 3/29/24. I was not greeted upon entering the store and I was one of 2 customers. The staff was not very friendly, especially the fitting room girl. I was not asked if I needed additional sizes or styles. People were just standing around doing nothing holding their ear pieces and fanny packs in place like secret agents. I was not asked if I needed any help nor was I thanked for coming in after I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I won't be back at this location and probably not this brand ever. I would give zero stars, but the rating system wouldn't let submit without a star.

My wife bought me a jacket for Christmas that unfortunately was a bit too small. She went to return it and they were not going to refund her at all because the jacket was discontinued. Luckily she 50% cash back. She bought the jacket 2 weeks before Christmas and the day after Christmas went in for the return. Horrible customer service on Lulu part. Even store credit would have been acceptable.

The quality of their clothing is amazing, and their leggings can last a long time through proper care. Customer service however, is almost nonexistent. Human decency, if you will. Went in today and there was maybe one other customer in the fitting rooms and the man working over there was very nice. The girls at the front were just talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge us coming in. When we went to checkout, there was one of the girls and she looked absolutely irritated to check out one item. Her demeanor was cold and rude like she couldn’t wait for us to get out of the store. Quality isn’t required at every level it seems. But seriously, what happened to all of the nice people that used to work here?

I agree with the previous comments that some of the employees are not the friendliest, however, there is an exception. That exception is Emma. She was very friendly and helpful. She was so bubbly and outgoing and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend coming to this location because of Emma.

Wife and kids love the products at the store. Customer service is horrible at this location. Walked into the store completely ignored maybe because we weren't wearing any Lululemon gear. Won't be going back to the store will just go online.

My wife and I have been a long time Lulu advocates and extensive customers and I will absolutely never return to this location or Lululemon again.I went in to purchase some items from my wife and the service provided by the heavier set tattooed woman to another client was absolutely not excusable.This employee was very abrasive and had absolutely zero advocacy for understanding or sympathizing with the clients request.The most unfortunate part is that this brand likely lost both customers today.I will not stand with an organization that allows employees to treat clients their way.

I just started shopping here and all of the employees are always so nice! I just wish the store was a little bit larger and had more color selections like other so cal stores. Even with that said, I still always manage to purchase something!

I've always felt intimidated to walk into this store knowing that prices are on the higher end in my opinion. I've tried to avoid going in so that I wouldn't be tempted. A new friend of mine kept raving about Lululemon so I finally decided to just go in to find out what all the hype was about. When I went in no one really helped me but I also like my space too especially because I was just checking it out. I was unsure if I was really going to purchase anything. I saw other customers being helped but when I was ready for a fitting room. Noelle (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) set me up with a fitting room. I tried on the align pants and tank. When I put it on, I couldn't believe that the hype was real and that it really felt buttery soft. I really try to only buy things that are on sale and to not pay full price. But after trying it on, I felt it was worth it. THE HYPE IS REAL. When I went to the register, Angela was working the front register. She was so nice and fun to talk to. I shared my initial concerns of price and how I changed my mind after trying it on. She shared that it is pricey but also worth it because Lululemon really stands by their products. She said you can bring your item in for repair. They will see what they can do for you at the store and if not they send it out. She also mentioned that if you are a member (it's free to sign up) that they do offer complimentary hemming on tops and pants at all their stores. As a member you can always exchange final sale items! That is huge for me because I am such a commitment phobe and change my mind all the time. I had a great experience shopping in store and love my new clothes. When I got to my car and looked at my receipt I noticed a that the align tank that I purchased which was a sale item did not ring up for the price that it was marked down on the tag. I called because I didn't have time to go back. The representative that answered the phone, I didn't get her name but she was also amazing. She looked up my receipt, that's another cool thing. Lululemon emails you a copy of your receipt. She asked what item it was and when I told her the align tank she immediately knew that it was from the sale rack. She was able to fix the price for me and take care of the adjustment. I received the emailed receipt of the price adjustment. She really made it convenient and easy for me. BTW, I went on a Saturday and on Yelp it said they closed at 7pm so I was rushing thinking they were closing. I believe Angela said they close at 9pm that day.To sum it up: Great products and service. I recommend checking it out. I will definitely be coming back for sure.

I love the Lululemon brand! I love shopping online. However, the customer service at this location is subpar. You would think for the price of paying $100+ for leggings that you would at least get greeted by the workers. They seem more interested in talking to each other at the cash wrap. It’s very rude and not a very inviting environment. If you’re the type of person that likes to be ignored while you shop, this location is for you!

It's pretty easy to spend more than a few hundreds of dollars at this store it's not much but every visit I spend around 400 bucks,Not Much but the least you expect is customer satisfaction! ADELA which is at the register when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager I don't even know if she even works there because she had no name tag or anything representing lululemon.Lululemon should definitely reconsider who is running one of their stores! I will definitely not be shopping here again!

Came here today to try to get a refund for an online purchase that was a mark down. Laura at the check out counter is not the friendliest, she said you can find something else in exchange. I asked if I could at least get a store card as this is what happened just a month ago when I returned my christmas gift that didn't fit. She said no store card. I ended up taking my product and left the store. The lady that gave me back my product was super friendly though.

Spent over $400 on Black Friday and the girl at the register was extremely rude. Management needs to do a better job in training employees to deliver a better shopping experience for customers.
