Came in today to get a car key copied and their machine was out of order in aisle 17 which we were then directed to the self serve machine at the front which did not work for us. Both Richard and Michael stopped what they were doing to attempt to help us. Although we couldn't get a key copy, they were both extremely helpful in giving us suggestions on other places to go. Sharon on the front register (only one open) was super sweet too, what a great experience even though we left without getting what we went for and a complete 180 from my last visit!

Linda, look up a smile and leave your attitude at the door! So rude to us asking for help in lumber!! The worst attitude and customer service to my family! Gerald was nice and helpful and called someone for us without the attitude of Linda. He even apologized for the wait even though it's not his department. Thank you Gerald for your kindness

This store hires people that know absolutely nothing about home improvement. You can't find one single competent employee and for anyone to be considered a "specialist" is laughable. Instead of getting help, I get blank stares and end up having to go online to research what I need because thankfully there are intelligent people out there, unfortunately none at Lowe's. Not to mention they are incredibly rude and if you are still there a few minutes before they close they go crazy and get so impatient they basically force you to run to the checkout lane. Not sure what the rush is Lowe's, it's not like you've had a rough day helping people or using your brain or anything.

This review is for Julio in the plumbing department. My husband and I were tackling our first major DIY project that involved a new vanity and faucet in our bathroom. We ran into several issues with not having the write size pipe. As I stood in the plumbing aisle staring at a bunch of plastic pipes that all looked the same, Julio appeared with a smile and expertise to share. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, but he went above and beyond to inform me that what I was trying to do wasn't *really* the right way to do it. He explained the right way of doing it and helped me find all of the items needed the right way. He helped on more than one occasion. We had to return back to the store for more hoses and there he was again, gladly handing me exactly what was needed. I am happy to report that the new vanity is installed and the water is running with no leaks. Thank you so much, Julio. You are appreciated!

Last year I had a kitchen install done. What was supposed to be a few weeks project turned into quite a project !! To say the least. The builder was not hired through Lowe's , but we used Lowe's products for many phases in the kitchen. The gentleman was quite rude and an embarrassment to be around. He was very negligent and caused more problems than he was fixing them. There was no telling him otherwise, he knew everything!!! That fixed me on getting recommendations from The Neighborhood site, never again. . The reason he was recommended was because they were friends for over thirty years. The kitchen turned out fairly nice, but it came with a lot of aggravation and blood , sweat, and tears. As he worked around the kitchen, I was also picking up after him calling repair people. Thank god in all the trips back and worth to Lowe's , I met a nice person that aided me in the repairs he stated didn't need fixing. How do people get away with this stuff Come to find out, there were damaged cabinet doors. I questioned and he played it off to, that's the way it is supposed to be. Not only did he lie to me, but he made it seem like I was a woman and an idiot. Did you know there is something called cabinet destructors?? I was told not, plus I was told Lowe's cabinets don't come with them. What a ..... Again this person ,rude as can be, tried to make her not look too smart either. Shelley Lizarraga knows her stuff. She was able to assist me on getting a good cabinet that was not discolored along with guiding me on ordering cabinet restrictors. As a Sales Specialist, I truly wish everyone would go with Lowe's to start. So because of my need for some home improvements , Shelley recommended their Rebath Bathroom Install Department. Tammy will have her own compliment on here, but these two woman are epic. I wholeheartedly give them kudos for a job well done.

Ok so I don't know how to say this so I'm Just going to say it. There is an older lady prob in her 70s that works here at the register. She's horrible. She has very bad customer service, raises her voice at customers, extremely bossy, and slow! Something isn't right with her. I've had her 3 times now and each time she's checked me out, there's always an issue! I've been to other Lowe's with no issues! I even saw her being rude to the customer before me the last time I was there! She shouldn't be dealing with customers!

Currently at the @Lowes in Temecula, CA. Found a pantry door on sale, tried to buy it (there were 2 on the shelf) and the store manager refused to sell it to me because he "could get full credit by shipping it back to the vendor" instead of selling it to me. I'm pretty sure that's false advertising. .

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a dryer from the scratch and dent area. Took it home, installed only to find out it was a used dryer with hair, lent in the vent and the back screen was burnt. When I called the Temecula Lowes and spoke to the manager it was basically too bad, you bought it at a discounted rate. I would have made a different decision had I known it was "used" and not a scratch and dent. So disappointed in their attitude and will never shop at Lowes again.

Checking out at Lowe's (self check out) and told the guy working that something rang up 120 and it was on sale for 99. He asked me to run back and take a picture of it and I did- no problem. I get it. Then the manager came over and asked to see the picture again. Ok- no problem. And then asked if I took it at the store. The guy I was originally working with explained that he had me go back and take the picture... Then Justin, the manager, said that he needs to see the time stamp. Okay sir! If you don't believe me go back and look yourself. I get fraud happens. But give me a break. That's rude. I've jumped through all your hoops. And waited til you got to me, even though I used self check out so I didn't have to wait in line. Your co worker told you I just took it and he saw it.

This location lacks basic customer service, it's hard to find a associate for help and if you do find one, they will say, this is not my department, in addition to, their military discount is for some items only, unlike Home Depot.

Ridiculously high prices and now you are forced to checkout and bag your items yourself. Just because everyone else is trying to go AI and limit what employees do doesn't mean is the right move. Once you lose the customer service aspect and you force your paying customers to stand in a line only to do everything yourself you will eventually lose all ur business. Then while your check out the employees watch you like a hawk like I'm some kind of a thief. No thank you, I'm taking all my business to HD.

Will never buy anything at this location. First, they have no responsibility to the words they spoke to their customers. Second, seems like no one knows anything about their products and sales. Third, the employees here do not work as a team. Everyone says different and made me visit the store 5 times in a week after I purchase my washer and dryer. I bought a set of Samsung washer and dryer a week ago. At the first visit, I concerned the price will drop on Black Friday event. But they told me to purchase right now and they can refund those price differences if the item's price drop in 30 days from purchase day. So, I purchased it with promotion $100 discount on each devices. After 4 days, the price dropped $100 more on each device. I went to store and they refused to price adjustment. I had to cancel the order and re-order it, and the estimated delivery went back from 12/9 to 12/14 now. This is first complaints. Second complaints: While I was on the process to purchase it, I saw postage stated there will be 20% or up to $100 more discount if I get approved for Lowe's credit card. I was not approved since I applied it few months ago while I was buying my refrigerator. I asked if I can bring my sister here next day and to see if she can get approved to get $100 more discount. The sales man told me "absolutely". I brought my sister and she got approved for the credit card. When we try to apply the discount, they said we cannot cancel the original order to place a new order on Lowe's credit card since the purchase amount is not settle yet on my bank. it is on pending status. the customer service on the location says come back tomorrow once it is settled on your bank, we will change the payment method and get you $100 more discount. I asked again if my sister need to be here in person when I come back and they said NO. I came back next day, and the different work at customer service told me to bring my sister. The person needs to be at store when we use Lowe's credit card. I was a little annoyed. I came back with my sister the next day(at 3rd time visit), they finally told me that they could not use this card to get discount because I already got promotion price. they could not stack two promotion on my purchase. WTF? this is how they ask me to apply credit card and I cannot even use it at the end? One salesman says apply it and another supervisor says no. This is how they misleading their customers. No teamwork. Another complaint here. the salesman seems knows nothing at all about their product. I asked the salesman about a letter differences on the model number for the dryer. As I mentioned earlier that I had to cancel my original order and re-order them. On my original order, the first 3 letters of the model number was DVG. I found a model number with DVE with same spec. I asked the salesman about the differences. He told me that the model's features are the same but one is old model and the another one is new. I thought that I was lucky because I re-ordered them but will get newer model. So I placed the order. After that, I found out that DVG means Gas dryer, and DVE means electric dryer. OMG. I cancelled order again and placed another order. Lastly, it is about the rebate. I asked them how to apply for the rebate. The site where I should apply for the rebate asked me a specific numbers to get a rebate. I asked the salesman, and the salesman called his boss since he cannot figure it out. But his boss does not know anything about it and asked me to call gas and water company. My final order was placed at Lowe's store at Murrieta. When I asked him about rebate program, the sales guy gave me a QR code to scan when I apply the rebate at water company's website. LOL. Seriously? Even though I live at Temecula, I will never ever visit Lowe's store at Temecula again. Buying a products should be really simple process. It is all depends on the customer service how they guide their customers. They are just Dum...

Bought a New General Electric washing machine. It was delivered 2 days later, no problem there. However, hooked up the washing machine to run a load of laundry, the machine sounded like a jet engine plane. Called customer service, they said to give it 24 hours for a call back. The next day, over 24 hours later, someone called back, they can pick it up on November 1st, it was delivered October 25, 2023. They can't bring a replacement until they asses the washer. WTH!

Only four stars because I have visited this location over 100 times. Probably spent over $50,000 in the last two years remodeling my home and then today I forgot my wallet and had a visit with the checkout clerk named Sharon. Thankfully, I had a bag of loose change in my car so I thought I'd pay with all quarters....a whopping one item that came out to $9.22 after tax. Sharon, instantly told me she couldn't deal with me, the moment she saw the quarter, she told me to leave the line so she could help the "customers" behind me. I had the quarters pre-counted. The real reason for the review is because she wore a Lowe's vest COMPLETELY decorated in Lowe's award badges for sales and customer service. Great job Sharon, I should have taken your customer service badge as my receipt. The extra 10 seconds it took to count the quarters may have put you over the edge, but I appreciate you holding it together for me. Thank you
