“Barons has a delicious hot food bar, salad bar, and olive bar. Also a changing array of hot soups. We stop here for those ready-meals as well as groceries. There's a great selection of beers and liquor as well as gluten free, organic items. A little expensive for your regular grocery shopping but if you need just a few items and its close by, Barons will do. The employees are always helpful and kind, and the store is clean.”

“Move to the mountains of Temecula. There is one store on the mountain. It's the closest thing to us and it's 15 minutes away. It was pre-warned that they didn't have too much in stock . Just the essentials, propane, spirits, beer, and ice. A little bird told me told was very nice Trump supporter. Well, that really claim to be true. Soon as I walked in i did interrupted her having a Conversation about Trump. As soon as I got to the front of the line she recognized, I was not from around here. You all must've been wine-tasting! Not From around here. I said, we actually were wine tasting but I am new to the mountain right of the road. She asked me if I knew horses and said I do ! Not only does she own a market, but she might be a little bit of a mind reader. I love supporting small businesses .”

“This is my neighborhood go to store in Temecula- it’s been newly updated and there’s a great cheese selection in the deli area. The place is always clean and they have some rare items that I remembered from when my Dad was still with us that I hadn’t seen in years in Texas or other places I’ve lived - specifically some of the best grape juice ever! They even have bangers and beans (Heinz beans in tomato sauce) from UK which is necessary for a proper English breakfast. ?
I like the butchers on site the best and the selections in that department. They have had great prices on wild caught salmon with some of the best coloring I’ve seen in a long time.
What makes this place so great is the people- both the staff and the other patrons. The staff is always helpful and positive and the people shopping ? don’t mind and even respond back when one passes by and says hello.
Sometimes chores can be stressful and mundane…. A positive, well lit, friendly place makes shopping fun and when the radio is jamming they don’t seem to mind me dancing and singing while I fill up my cart for my family.”

“I went in for a few things and one of the employees Stan provided by far the best customer service I have ever received in a long time. It was a slower day, and I’m in a wheelchair so I have a hard time grabbing things from high shelves especially glass bottles, Stan helped me with cart and helped grab all of my items and even helped me put my items in my car. 10/10 I can really tell that Stan loves his job and loves helping guests.”

“I enjoyed the visit to this small World Market location even though there was a little hiccup at the cash wrap. Some signage got mixed on the shelf- same product, wrong SKU resulting in wrong price point at cash out. The very young and inexperienced at cashier and customer service person need some additional training- the price point came up 3 times the advertised shelf price (?) so I questioned it because I read to make sure the product matched what I saw. I asked him for a “price check” and he reported to me he did one with the scanner in his hand…, I could see he didn’t understand the request having ultra reliance on trusting only th computer before him- not his fault but his attitude in correction or self learning could have taken a hike, imho as he got defensive when I asked him to please have someone price check the shelf price because something appeared to be incorrect, instead of calling for assistance with a growing line, he panicked and became rude in his actions wanting to make it appear as if my asking for a price check of a 3X increase was unreasonable. I didn’t want to embarrass the kid, so I suggested he put things on hold and I’d go find someone to price check with me since he didn’t seem to know or be willing to call for assistance- he told me I “someone is back there”, so I went looking. He was able to move to another register and help the growing line as I did that. The more senior, yet still very young representative that did assist me came and saw that the product was the same, it was marked clearly but that there was a company error to do with the SKU. He apologized and offered to honor the reduced price because of it- I took the offer graciously but wouldn’t have forced the issue as I could see how the employee that made the mistake could have made such a mistake - it was a fine detail- however mystery solved and it got resolved. The fact that I was offered to honor the price was a very nice gesture (even if it is the law) it wasn’t a bait and switch scenario - it was a simple mistake and I appreciated the professional approach.Maybe some polish up work on how to deal better with interactive and educated consumers, harmless conflict resolution and customer service- pass it down to all the team members!Fun store, lots of cool pieces and unique finds!”

“Been going here for 7 years and I feel like family now. Whatever I need, they always have. Just got to speak up. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need. At one point not too long ago, it was impossible to find Coca-Cola Zero, even at their store, and they went out and found a bunch for me. I got my Coca-Cola Zero! Just an example how much they care.”

“Came to get some snacks for our travels. Such a wide selection to choose from. Great customer service from the man assisting us with a friendly smile to get your day started on the right foot. A very popular stop we noticed people were in and out with their goodies while we were there for a few minutes. Decisions... decisions. Conveniently located off the 15 freeway close to old town.”

“I have to bring attention to the Stater Brothers Meat Department. I have considered Stater Brothers to be one of the best places to buy meat. I am yet to be disappointed, and with Christmas out of the way I am able to finally thank them. Christmas Day we decided to grill some steaks on the grill and Stater Brothers on the South 79 was much obliged. I order the Prime cut Filets and the Butcher had them ready Christmas Eve morning. They were to die for and could have possibly put any great Steakhouse Restaurants to shame. The cuts were top of the line and literally you almost didn't need a steak knife to cut them. A big Thank you to Stater Brothers for making our Christmas Dinner epic.”

“The DCH Temecula Honda Dealership bathroom stall was out of order, and Morning Glory was knocking at the door. The Shell Gas Station/Loop was right across the street. I quickly made my way across the street. The bathroom was immediately accessible. There was no requirement to ask for a key attached to some old PVC pipe. The bathroom was immaculately clean and stocked. Once I was done with morning festivities, I purchased a Loop Breakfast sandwich, small coffee, donut, and water for $9.46. Pretty good. Staff was friendly and attentive.”
