I have bought so many rompers, dresses, and outfits from Lilyful. I always get so many compliments on my clothes and people ask where I got them from! I always feel so confident and comfortable in my Lilyful outfits. The employees here have always been very helpful and professional. I also appreciate they aren’t trying to sell me clothes while I’m trying things on in the dressing room. Love Lilyful!!

I bought a beautiful romper at this store but after just one wash it ripped off. all I can say is they have to change the stitching. not well made. I hope they can bring it to their supplier

Super disappointing that their clothes fall apart after one wash. clothes aren't "cheap" either, $40-$80 a piece. They won't take their defective clothes back for exchange either. It's happened more than once, on more than one type of fabric. unfortunate, but I won't be shopping there if they don't even back the products they sell for exchange. Your better off shopping at Shein...at least you know what to expect from a $20 dress or $7 top.

Oh my this store is absolutely amazing!! I was helped by Avriya and Chloe-- super awesome girls. I bought a yellow dress for my mom's birthday but sadly she didn't think it was yellow enough for her liking. So, sadly I had to return the dress. The girls were super friendly and nice, they made the return super easy!!! They have so many cute outfits here, there are TONS of great finds and affordable clothing too!! I would definitely come back, this time to buy for myself. This place is great!! If you haven't visited this shoppe yet you have to!!

Bought a $98 dress here it's beautiful and so are many of the dresses here but I ruined just being hung up in the closet like it has stretch out marks of the thread being stretched out. Like that doesn't even happen to target dresses... I'll just buy at Nordstrom and Macy's for that price at least it'll be quality clothing.. and they have a final sale policy even if never worn with tags still on.

All I can say is the worst customer service ever! Jasmine, the manager needs an attitude adjustment! The clothes are cheap to boot! But jasmine! Omg! What a horrific manager!

Honestly no stars I went to return a shirt and was instead treated with horrible service (worker kept giving me dirty looks and giving me rude remarks) even though they sold me a shirt with lipstick on it. Refused to refund me because worker said her manager said "no." Returned next talked to manager and was able to exchange shirt thankfully but still unacceptable customer service.

I am not the type of person to write a review but this store deserves a 0/5 stars everyone who works there is so rude and if you are not a size 0-1 in clothes do not shop here I am a medium in almost everything in regular stores but this store I wasn't even a XL they are definitely not a body positivity store and they do not return things when something is 50+ dollars and doesn't fit the way you want I think you would want a easy refund but they don't do that!!! this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company even when I called many of there other locations their costumer service was the worst thing I have ever experience! I will never shop this brand again due to their awful costumer service and terrible return policy!

Wow! All I have to say is these girls are amazing with their customer service. I love going to this shop and it's not just for the VERY cute clothes, but for the amazing experience! Due to covid the dressing rooms are closed but they worked extremely well with me for returns of things that did not fit and size exchanges....such amazing and pleasant returns and exchanges. I have to say JAZMINE goes above and beyond as a manager and in my opinion that great woman deserves a raise! She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and pleasant to spend time with. Every time I'm there I thoroughly enjoy my conversations. I'm moving to Florida in a week and can't help but miss lilyful already thanks to jazmine for giving me something to miss.

Anytime I come here to shop with, or for, my girlfriend, the staff at Lilyful are always incredibly helpful and friendly. Also they always have good music playing and the vibe of the store is great! I definitely love the style of the clothes more than the "big chain" clothing stores.

If I could give them zero stars I would. EXTREMELY disappointed. I bought a pair of 50 dollar jeans 3 weeks ago (their return policy is 2 weeks probably because they know once 2 weeks hits that their clothes will be hanging by a thread). I never buy off-brand jeans in fear that they will stretch but I tried these on and they felt snug and tight. I wore them twice and put them on a third time to realize that there was a HUGE gap on the waist, probably making it two sizes too big now. The front stomach area where it is supposed to be high waisted is completely stretched out from just sitting down. I reached out to the owner who told me there was nothing that could be done. Never in my life had I have a corporation not comply when it's their fault that their jeans are made from cheap material. 50 dollars is a lot of money to spend on jeans that you only get to wear twice. Due to the lack of effort on the customer service side, I will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

I liked the dress I bought but it damaged so easily the first day I wore it. I steamed it to get out the wrinkles but they didn’t budge. The return policy is non existent. As I was steaming the dress and making sure it didn’t touch the steamer, little glitter strings from the dress kept coming out from the dress and ruining it.
