I bought two hats today from a different store (because they did not have them) took them to get embroidered at the downstairs lids and the guy messed them up badly and made me take them to the lids up stairs. The upstairs guy was super nice. But he was unable to fix the other guy’s mistake (he did try to fix it tho).And told me to go down stairs to get a refund at the one downstairs. The guy down stairs literally was arguing with me about getting a refund and called his manager (who was not there) and told her the hats looked fine. But luckily the manager took care of it. But the guy downstairs his attitude was horrible.I have never left a review anywhere but this was horrible service at the downstairs lids.

There's 2 lids in the mall, one in the food court and one upstairs by vans. The one upstairs is a joke, dudes look high as shit and messed up the hat I bought. I had it embroidered and the lid bent, fucking hat looked like it was ran over and the embroidery was Ass. the fact that they hire idiots and don't offer refunds is wild. The store in the food court did me good 1 time, got a brown SD hat, bent and embroidered as well and it came out CLEAN. Best hat I've ever worn. but it seems 90% of the customers for both stores seem to not like the quality of both that product and workers. I'd agree.

Horrible, and I do meam horrible checkout. No dedicated POS register and the kids are clueless how to use the portable units. We left-twice, ended up buying off Amazon, saving 28%. They lost a $140 sale aftet waiting over 24 minutes.

Came into the store to get a hat for my husband. There was only two guys working and one of them didn't look up the whole time we were in the store. I believe the other man called him Trevor. He was so unprofessional and not knowledgeable that we ended up leaving without a hat.

A great store for almost any type of baseball cap with all sports and many other companies. They even make custom hats with your logo or design. The people there are very helpful

This place sucked. No greeting, no help , no acknowledgment. Two associates were just yapping away, saying how they f***ing knew the guy who was previously in there and sh**. Just going on about their life. Mind you I was with two kids, but I guess that's how it is in lids nowadays. You just cuss around the customers and don't help them find anything . Lol . Well, I'll take my $$ somewhere else .

Do not call this lids asking about hat drops or product availability. The lady that answers the phone is just going to say I'm here by myself and have a full store and can't help you.

Your manager jen was very rude to me and my wife the other day she was on her phone the hole time and didn't offer us any help ? this is the people you have running your store never shop here ever again would rather shop on Amazon

My 15 year old son purchased a new hat for his birthday from this location. He went in alone & was assisted by Marcus. When he came back to the car, he was really happy with his hat, but even happier about receiving great customer service. He said Marcus treated him like a paying customer vs "just some kid" and was helpful & excited about helping him make his selections. Today, I called the store manager to provide this review verbally & the manager was super thankful & excited to tell Marcus, who is a new employee, that he did a great job!

Change your opening time to 11am if your employees are going to be an hour late to open the store or if you actually open at 11am instead of 10am
