I'd give zero stars if I could. This company does not care AT ALL about its clients. Why they even bother to have a phone number I do not know: nobody EVER answers it (I literally tried calling it repeatedly for half an hour with no success), and nobody returns the messages.

First off the check in machine glitches and instead of being helpful they just say to keep trying at the kiosk. I'm not sure the difficulty of the front desk assisting the check in to make it less of an issue for the patient.

FYI: the hours on their own labcorp website for this location are incorrect. They list employment drug screening starting from 11:30-3:15 on weekdays but when I arrived today at 11:30a I was told they only do employment drug tests starting at 1p so they referred me to the Murrieta location. Just thought I might save some people from the hassle of driving here only to find out they are not offering the services listed when it says they are. ;)

AWFUL! They don't open till 8 am even though it says 7:30 on goggle. Came back at 11:50 doors were locked already for lunch . Don't open till 1 pm. Don't recommend !!

If you enjoy being belittled by reception staff, this is the place for you! Asking questions is absolutely a waste of time as they will just give you one word responses and throw a piece of paper with an email address on it to send your PHI to, like that is so incredibly safe.

The man at the front desk was very respectful and helpful. The woman who drew my blood not so much. I told her not to use the paper tape to cover the blood draw spot because my skin cant take it. Told her to use Coban instead like all the other places use but she said they dont use that. Either she was too lazy and uncaring to look for the Coban or they didnt have it, both are unacceptable for people with very sensitive skin. I dont ever want to go there again and will always go to Quest where they have the Coban and my skin wont tear when I take it off.

I had last minute orders from my doctor and thought I’d try to walk in for an appointment. I was there for about 3 mins with about 10 people waiting at around 10 am and I was finished in 10 mins. Amazing!! The ladies are also very friendly

I've been coming here for years for all my routine blood work. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I always make an appointment because they fill up fast. And if you plan to walk in normally plan to wait. There office hours are ok. Kind of hot to plan ahead. Also you can email your lab slip to them as well. Yes they are busy somedays but it's just part of the biz. Easy smooth check in. Very high tech. I see endlessly people kind of struggle checking in because sometimes you need to input your medical insurance card and scan your driver's license abs it's not the easiest way for them.
