Nearby activities: The location is close to so many restaurants, clothing shops , theater. Nice and comfortable beds,big rooms ? prime location really enjoyed my stay

It was a place to stay. I stayed at a Holliday Inn the night before and it was leaps and bounds better (even though it was in a sketchy part of the neighborhood).
Walkability: Good restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms here were nice and spacious. The bed was comfy. Breakfast, with the cold sausage and eggs was a bit disappointing. The hotel was very clean. There is a gym, a very small pool, hot tub and business center. My only real complaint, whichvis kind of a big one, is that, they do not respect your privacy, as in when someone inquires if you are there, not only fo they confirm it, they roll-out the red carpet and give them your room number. I was under the impression that is information which they were not to share but did anyway. Nothing a telephone to corporate won't fix.
Safety: Not very safe when they give out your private information.

We made a last-minute reservation for this place. We were down doing some wine tasting and decided to spend the night. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was that the lock on the window was broken. They had free breakfast in the morning, which was nice to have. The person at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting a nearby pizza place which was within walking distance.

Very good and inexpensive hotel. pet friendly, good breakfast offered, very friendly staff, well-equipped and clean rooms.

I will not come back. Bathroom shower walls had mold. Tub faucet continously leaked, tub had a big ding in it. The eggs and sausage were cold. I wouldn't eat the eggs they were shaped like flat pancakes. Needed to ask for a microwave to heat food. For the prices they charge they should manage the place better.
Walkability: We could walk to nearby restaurants.

What a quality place to stay ! The rooms were immaculate, no issues there. The service is friendly and simple! Parking easy. Free breakfast in the morning. Lots of amenities.
No complaints here. Thanks for making our stay during NY so easy !
Highly recommend when in the Temecula area!

Place is really great but my mom and have been getting extra tax charges to our card staying here and I already paid taxes during the reservation booking, I'd like to say the manager Katherine charges a extra tax fee after the fact that we already been charged taxes when making the reservation. Great people just one staff member who ruins it for the rest of the amazing staff.

The worst customer service and her name is CARMEN. We had a very sad medical emergency in the middle of the night and had to leave abruptly. My guest tried to go pick up some items that we left behind the next morning and she was scrutinized by the lobby employee. She continued to raise her voice at my guests and made her feel like she was in the wrong. She was just asking for assistance. CARMEN was yelling in front of other people too in the lobby and telling my guests she didn't believe them. My guest had no one else to go to and felt humiliated and upset. They made us feel like we were trying steal when we just trying to get help to pick up an item that we left behind! Not only did we have a medical emergency but we had to deal with this horrible treatment from CARMEN at La Quinta. She was no assistance at all. I hope this never happens to other guests.
