PLEASE BUY MORE BARBELLS I'LL BUMP UP MY REVIEW IF YOU DOThis gym is totally fine. If you've been to any commercial 24 fitness, esporta, la fitness - it's exactly like that. A little crowded, could use more equipment, clean enough.I've been coming here for 5 months now and they have 8 stations total for incline/decline/flat bench. And they consistently only have 5 barbells so other 3 stations sit empty. I don't understand how this oversight hasn't been fixed, especially for how busy it gets. I go late at night so they're generally open anyway, but it just truly shows how little they care.

My wife had a membership at the local "Crunch Fitness" gym, about a mile from our house. She wasn't able to go for a few weeks due to various circumstances and noticed that the autopay charge to our credit account had changed from "Crunch Fitness" to "Esporta"...So, she drove to the Crunch Gym a mile from our house to ask about the name change and discovered that it was now being converted into an office building, that all of the fitness equipment that had been there was now gone. The workers that were there tearing everything out told her that that particular Crunch Gym had been sold to LA Fitness, who we later discovered also ran "Esporta"...Of course, no effort was made to notify us that this had happened, they just kept happily charging our credit card every month. They DID make sure to keep doing that. So, we called our bank, had them reverse the charges, cancelled that credit card, and send us a replacement card with a new number.I can only wonder how many other members of Crunch Fitness that got the rug pulled out from under them when LA Fitness bought their gym and closed it down are aware of what happened and how much money is being charged to their credit cards without their consent..........??And, now that I know who owns "Esporta" and how they treat their customers, I won't be doing business with them or any of their associates...

Starting coming here after the UFC gym moved up to Murrieta, and this place is very underwhelming in comparison. Very minimal equipment here, 2 squat racks and 1 oly platform. They also have 8 benches for flat, incline, seated press - which is good in theory - but consistently I only see 5 bars distributed amongst them.Cleanliness is ok, trash cans are often overflowing.

Rex (gym associate) is a scammer, be aware. Will put a lot of extra chargers onto your account, and will not discuss plan options. Then you try and get rid of ads-on they act oblivious and act like it's impossible to lower your plan. I would not sign up!!!

Hands down best gym in Temecula/Murrieta. Not busy, even during peak hours. Great machines, plenty of free weights and never waiting for stuff to be open. Everything is clean and new. Great clean facilities and very well priced. Staff is amazing and will work with you! Ask for Rex, he hooked me up and is very nice.10/10 recommend over Eos, UFC, fitness19 ect.

Management and staff need to walk around and police the narcissism and lazy members. People are incapable of putting equipment back. Equipment goes missing. Someone likes to use the nylon straps handles for the cable machines and take them to one of the back free weight machines and leaves them on the floor below it. Idk what clown games this person is using them for, but they are thin nylon ... after your clown games with them they should put them back where they are intended to be used. Bags.... Bags... and bags.... So many duffel bags like people have their whole world in them. People will walk into the locker room with the bag and still take them onto the gym floor. And where do they put them? They will put them on top of a treadmill next to them so no one will jump on it next to them. Or another spot will be right in the middle of the walk way. Video recording and photos. Full on paparazzi style cameras and having pictures taken of them while they are taking out an area in the gym. One used to post a hand made cardboard sign saying he's recording. Lmao I couldn't believe it when I saw it. LMAO When a person, this one being a female Asian, Hawaiian, Philippino can spend over an hour on one of the free weight squat rack machine (only two in the entire gym) and un checked by staff.... There is something wrong. She literally takes dumbbells to the area, aerobic step used in the classes, and does about 4-5 different exercises while holding the squat rack prisoner while she isn't using it. Doing step ups, calves, etc etc... idk why someone would be that rude go do that non sense somewhere else and let another member use the squat rack. And this isn't just a one time thing... she does it all the time! If a member is allowed to bring in a kids toy Godzilla figurine and place it on equipment to save it while he's on other equipment.... There is something wrong if this allowed. The place is busy most of the time and people need to be checked by staff and told to not manipulate equipment for long periods did time. If your doing yoga and meditating.... You don't need to take over a corner and use a roll away bench. You can do that anywhere! You also don't need to take about 50 paper towels from the bathrooms and wipe down all the equipment with your 3 towels while holding equipment and dumbbells. Same bat time same bat channel always between 7-8am same lady. You all that go and work out in groups.... You all need to talk less and have more intensity. Or at least get out of the way and talk in a corner. Cell phones.... People love to talk on their cell and phones on speaker and do FaceTime live while they are working out. Seriously??? NRA blonde old lady that used to have another victim work out partner that all they did was talk and manipulate the same equipment for long periods of time. Another morning person at 8 am. Almost anytime you go, full on clown knuckleheads.... I can only pray that 5am has less narcissistic fools Bc this place is full of them. I feel bad for the cleaners.... People don't put their clown games equipment back and people love to spit their gum inside the urinals. Really?? Why are people this rude. Club needs to new management.... Corporate and or regional manager needs to fix this place.

Love the location and staff, but does the cleaning crew ever clean the bathrooms??? Every time I come the bathrooms are disgustingly dirty. There is never any toilet paper or toilet seat cover stocked. I would of taken pictures but it's too nasty to post. One time I left something on the floor to test it out and it was there for about 2-3 weeks in the same spot.. That is unacceptable

Crowded late afternoon! The weight floor was especially busy. There’s a lot of equipment - cardio and strength, just a lot of people, too. The pool was also pretty full. The facility is nice and clean. The only thing I would change is less cardio equipment and increase the floor training space.

The staff here is horrible. So rude and they overcharged my fiancé and never reimbursed him. And now the AC is broken at the Redhawk location and when I asked the associate about it he just said it’s controlled by corporate and he can’t do anything about it. Who wants to work out in a gym with no AC in 100 degrees weather?

I had an issue with re-instating my membership from a previous location. Pebbles at the front desk figured out what happened and helped me get my membership back on track. She was proactive in calling the other location to straighten things out. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

The bathroom, sona and toilets are very dirtyNo one is working on it to clean.One of the receptionist is a very fool man, i think his name is Aiden, he is trying to make fan everybody who is coming for workout.Other staff are very kind, the trainers are very good people because of them i put 3 star.I hope to pay attention in cleaning.
