Most terrible customer service EVER! If you do buy from here, don't waste your money on any service plans/warranty....My wife had a small stone fall out of her wedding ring. At time of purchase I shelled out for the lifetime warranty and was told just bring it back to the store and they'd take care of it.Apparently things have changed since...and they wanted US to contact the warranty company by email...wait for someone to contact us and give us directions on sending the ring in by mail.We literally walked across the walkway to Alexander Jewelers...who HAS A JEWELER ON SITE...and fixed it in an hour for a hundred bucks.Will never deal with Kevin Jewelers again....do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

12/30/23 I am so upset by my experience at Kevin Jewelers. It started out nice, I went in looking for a anniversary ring. A band with a row of small diamonds. Seven or so, not diamonds that go all the way around the band. I explained this to the sales person that approached me, Belinda, as I thought this design would look best with my current wedding ring and band. She pulled out several, maybe we looked at 5 bands. We found one that looked good with my current wedding ring and band. I liked the way the three looked together. Then she said, you know the diamonds look cloudy. She was exactly right, I had not paid attention to that yet, as I was looking for a shape/design to match my rings. I said you're right! Do you think cleaning it will help? She cleaned the band and cleaned my rings. Brought them all back and they looked fabulous, beautiful. I was very excited! I paid for the band and we set it up to go for sizing. It would take a week before I'd get it back. A week later I went in to pick it up. Belinda was not there that day. When they handed me the band the diamonds were SO cloudy. I said.. that's weird the diamonds on this band were cloudy when we first looked at it then Belinda cleaned it and it looked great. Can you clean it please. They cleaned it and it still looked awful, so cloudy. I said that is not the ring I bought. I would never buy a ring with diamonds that look like that! I did not take it, I did not sign anything. I said I'll come back tomorrow when Belinda is here. I went back the next day and as I approached Belinda was looking for another band for me. I said what happened the ring I bought was beautiful. Why is it so cloudy. She did not answer. The only comparable ring they (Belinda and her manager) could find me was several hundred dollars more. They would only exchange the band, no other offers to fix the situation. Again I refused to take the ring or buy a more expensive one, which was the only option they offered me. I left telling Belinda, I don't know what's going on here but trusted you and now I am so disappointed in you! I am out $643.48. I went directly to the mall management and put in a complaint. I called my bank to dispute the funds. I am putting in a complaint to the BBB, better business bureau. And here at yelp. I don't know what will work if anything. I am beside myself. Don't trust Kevin Jewelers! I would not put one star but I have to.. 1/3/24 I received a response to my email saying a district manager will reach out to me before the end of the week. That is now (Friday, 5PM). I have Not heard back from Kevin Jewelers. Disgusting. 1/4/24 Heard from the District manager, was assured that there was no unethical action taken by the sales person. He included that the store has been in Palm Desert 30 years, in business 40 years. And that the employee has been working for them for 10 years. They believe that cleaning the ring made it temporarily more sparkly and brilliant than the diamonds in the band actually are. And that cleaning will not remove cloudiness. 1/9/24 I received a credit to my credit card. I appreciate that they did that. Moral of the story: Familiarize yourself with the 4 Cs before shopping for diamonds. Know that cloudy is NOT the same thing as dirty. I've added a few stars for decency.

A tip of my hats to Len Harris, Maybel, and Cristina for assisting me on Christmas Eve 2023! All three ladies were among the best in class in making my shopping experience the best - even though I was not planning to purchase at first and this was simply an impulse buy. The price and value was the best that steered me away from Zales and Kay Jewelers next door! Thank you again for taking good care of me and can't wait to get my watch back after the band is adjusted!

Bought a bracelet for my girlfriend for Christmas. The class kept falling apart so the bracelet would fall off. Her wrist went in for an exchange, and they're trying to give me something of lesser value for the same price. Customer service was very rude to the fact that we just turned our backs and walk out of the store.. by Kevin jewelers, I have bought a lot of pieces of jewelry and you sold your last piece of jewelry to me. I will never step foot in that store again.

Update: Another amazing experience! Had another upgrade and it is stunning! All the ladies were so kind and helpful… I’m a customer for life!Amazing & beautiful experience! I been going here for the last 5 years, very friendly people they make sure leave with what you want and happy. Just there check out takes a little bit long even you can see there working fast to get you out fast. But I can wait cause there service is great. I'll be back for sure.

I came into Kevin Jeweler’s mainly to get an idea of pricing for engagement rings. Len Harris did a great job helping me fine the perfect ring within my price range & she was even able to throw in a huge discount for me as well. I couldn’t be happier with the ring I chose & I know my GF is gonna love it even more! Thanks again for all your help Len & Melissa!

We were content with our purchase but 1 day later I changed my mind. I was going to alternate MY original ring. We talked to Maybel she said they had taken my ring, which was not true. They hadn’t processed or done any labor work. They didn’t even take the time to look in the vault until we got upset. Nothing was done and they would not accept the return. They made me sign to accept the original ring and Diamond (Diamond that I did not want) . BE CAREFUL WITH THE RETURN POLICY!!! We even read it online but they twist the policy. They don’t care about customer satisfaction
