Long time customer, excellent service. I’m looking at the bottom reviews, their policy on the receipt says “Merchandise in New Condition with original receipt can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 365 days” meaning can not be worn. I’m surprised people don’t look at policies before reviewing.

They have a very extensive selection of shoes. The customer service is absolutely incredible. Jorden knew exactly what my daughter needed before we even asked. A mother’s fairy godmother. Great experience.
