The selection in this store is always usually pretty good! I've been going to this store to start new crafting hobbies, and it's been pretty accommodating. Unfortunately both times I was met by extremely sour cashiers. I placed an online order back a month ago, but before I went to pick it up I bought some yarn to replace the one that was out of stock in my cart. At the register as I was paying, I kindly told my cashier I had a pick up order, but she didn't reply or acknowledge she heard me, so after I paid for my yarn I repeated myself. Maybe she didn't hear me, I assumed.. but she very rudely snapped at me with an "I know!" My bad ig.. Literally two days ago, I was talking to my partner about how I wanted to use a coupon. I know I was talking right in front of the register, but she butted into my conversation about how I "couldn't use coupons because it was already on sale." And inherently the comment wasn't bad, but it was said like I was extremely stupid for even considering using a coupon... it also felt rude that she was butting into a conversation that wasn't directed at her. The only reason why this isn't a one star review was this one employee at the fabric counter had actually helped me find the fabric i was looking for and looked through bolts with me while everyone else pointed me in a vague direction. while I didn't catch her name, i hope she finds employment somewhere she gets a raise and treated amazingly. she helped me finish a project in time.

Sadly this store has disappointed me repeatedly. I've ordered online for curbside pick up at several different locations with no issues at all. But this one...... don't bother! The last 2 times I've ordered for curbside pick up, they have failed miserably! Figured I'd give them one last try....3rd time is the charm, right? Wrong. I shouldn't have! I waited in the designated pick up parking for 30 mins after I "checked in". Called 4 times and got transferred to customer care each time because no one would answer the phone. I finally walked in the store and was told that it had already been picked up. I could see my order sitting on the counter! The cashier giggled and said, "Oh, well the phone at the front counter that we use for pick up doesn't work. Someone in the back should have picked it up, but I guess they didn't" ...... why do you still offer the service if it's not available?

Great place for fabric and craft supplies...also home decor. It's pretty expensive, though. Don't shop without a coupon.

My experience good but it looks like they're downsizing or something because a lot of things were not on the shelves. I hope they're not closing the store.

This store is SO slow to put out patterns! They haven’t even put out the Fall patterns and now the Early Spring patterns are releasing! Such a disgrace for someone who wants to have the current patterns. They claim they don’t get them shipped but I’ve seen the boxes stacked in the back!

I made an online order since it said multiple items in stock. When the order was processed 5 of the 7 items were cancelled due to them being out of stock. I then proceeded into the store since I was issued a coupon and the coupon was not honored and the order was 3x the amount of what it would have been online. The sales associate was rude and not helpful. Cashier 555638. Reminded again why I do not do business with any Joann establishment as this is not my first review.

While this place is absolutely huge, it is definitely catered toward the fabric part of the store. I came in looking for some Mason jars or Ball brand jars. There were not really any to be found. I am new to canning and figured I've seen plenty at Joann's in my neighborhood, but they are also out (I bought the last case). A very sweet man directed me in the area they were supposed to be. It took me walking around for over half an hour to find an employee who wasn't over inundated with customers at the register. This is a very busy store. I appreciate the value of being able to use the coupon. I am pretty upset that I drove this far for it to be empty. If I lived in the area, I would probably be back, but at this point, with empty shelves, I wouldn't. They didn't even have proper wood for the wood photo transfer projects. Thank you to the male employee who assisted me and whomever keeps the bathrooms clean because after that drive, I needed it.

-5 stars. This store continuously has really nasty and rude customer service. Tonight though, when one of the employees said, they were going to kill a kid, this was the last straw. I have already initiated a formal complaint with corporate. Shame on y'all tonight!!!!!

This location is a moderate to larger format store and tends to be well stocked. Selection is pretty good, but some inexpensive items are still locked up and require assistance from staff. The staffing here on most days is adequate, but they can get backed up quickly if it's a weekend.

7 registers, 25 people in line, and only 2 gals to check out customers! Long wait in line with all of the scented candles in the queue ...please be courteous to your customers and remove all of the heavy scents in the queue! Some of us are prone to the intense smell in a confined area...thank you for the migraine and asthma attack.

Curbside is useless here. What’s the point of having curbside if you don’t pick up the phone? Tried calling multiple times, no one picked up. Sat there for 30 minutes and nothing. Clearly not busy enough when they have someone getting one cart at a time outside.

We were just looking for sales on Halloween items. We didn't walk around much but from what I could see the place looked clean and organized. Did not speak to any associates, but I'm sure they are friendly.

Large store, lots of stock and good deals with coupons/sales. I had a hard time trying to track down someone to help me find something (finally gave up), but the check-out person was very friendly and good with applying coupons.
