5 stars isn’t even enough credit to give James Gross and his team. I’ve known and worked with James for the last 5 years and not one time has he disappointed. His speed and his walkthroughs are like nothing else. He continues to go above and beyond for each client referred to him and providing a wealth of knowledge to our community here in Temecula. For example, we had a client (VA) who has issues with the appraisal that came in. James walked me through the appeal process and taught me more than expected about this type of client and situation furthermore ending with a closing and a happy buyer.
