We adopted a dog from Animal Friends of the Valleys who had a bad cough. Treatment was provided free, which was wonderful. Dr Siringo has a marvelous "bedside manner." The vet tech was also wonderful with my dog. Dr. Siringo took the time to answer all our questions, giving us many helpful suggestions and contacts. His sense of humor made the visits fun. The treatment worked well. I plan to bring my dog back for ongoing care. Not sure how they compare on cost.

I was told by dr Corso that this was toxic for for my dog. I understand now that it was just a money grab because the pain meds she prescribed were way more expensive. I was just recently told today by another vet that this aspirin is perfectly fine. Here are my txt with the VCA IN TEMECULA:I looked it up before I gave it to him. I was told that human aspirin is toxic to dogs, but dog aspirin is fine but I will discontinue use of the aspirin from this point on. This the brand he was given I will double check with Dr. Corso about this specific brand, but when I did speak with her, she said Aspirin itself was bad for dogs. Alana, CSR Sup VCA PMCI sent the picture because I felt like she thought that I was giving my dog human Aspirin... I will stop giving it to him but I was desperate and she wasn't offering any alternative or even considering that he may be in pain. I understand. I would still like to have Dr. Corso review the ingredients, so we can confirm discontinuing is the best option. Pease let us know how he does with the Gabapentin and if you notice any changes in comfort. Alana, CSR Sup VCA PMCI heard back from Dr. Corso, who said Aspirin should not be given to dogs, as there is a high risk of stomach ulcers. Please let me know if you have any questions. Take care. We switched to VCA from Sky Canyon a year ago and it was the best choice! The staff at VCA is amazing and I truly feel they treat you like family there. They've send a text the day after any appointment asking how your Pet is and they actually respond if you reply with a question. Great atmosphere, always friendly, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family vet

Vile and Cruel! Demonstrated her narcissistic and egocentric nature by sewing an elderly couple over trees! because they obstructed her view! Really, so shallow and self centered that you prefer to make other's lives miserable for your own benefit. SHAME ON YOU!

Isabella Bach is a public nuisance. Endangering wildlife by destroying their habitats. I would not trust her with my pet when she has no regard for wildlife.

How petty of a human being do you have to be to sue your elderly neighbors over trees on their property? What an egregiously petty way to exist.

Friendly, gentle, loving staff who treated Luna as if they met her before. I was super nervous to start all over with a different vet, but it was absolutely the best decision!

Poor service!! Forget about having a big dog, they need to drug the dogs every-time they come in, for their "safety". My dog never showed aggression but yet needed to be completely drugged every time he went in. They never stick to appointment time. Not only were my dogs have to be drugged to go in, they would stick them in a kennel for hours before seeing our dogs and then wonder why our dog was stressed out. And this whole "CARE CLUB" is a complete waste of money, don't get it. Your best bet is to go to tractor supply and pay way less for the shot cost. Don't waste your time on this place, their staff or "doctor". If I could give them 0 stars I would.

My Boston terrier has been sick for 4 days with diarrhea, as of yesterday I started noticing blood and it seemed a little worse today . I called everywhere , Redlands, Banning , Murrieta , Temecula and of course my home town Hemet and no one could see him , regular vets were booked 2 weeks out , emergency care all claimed they were either at full capacity or the wait time was too long so they asked me to call somewhere else .. between a migraine and major anxiety of having to drive far , I came across Mars and decided to call. They told me to bring my baby right in and there might be a wait time , but I could definitively bring him in , and honestly I waited maybe 10 minutes . The receptionist was so nice and the nurse was also amazing .The Dr helped us right away and my baby is home feeling better already !! I am so so thankful

Clean, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I love how happy my puppy is going and leaving his visits. I feel comfortable taking my pup here and trust he is in good hands.

We've been taking our 2 poodles to Pet Medical for 13 years. At age 6 our male poodle Pierre developed multiple endocrine diseases including diabetes, EPI and Addisons. Dr. Corso diagnosed and treated him expertly with loving kindness throughout the past 7 years. The staff is professional and caring. They helped us through the difficult euthanasia process for which we are very thankful.

This place is the best. Woke up on a Saturday and our 2 month old kitten had a bad eye infection. Called around to everyone to get a appointment and everyone was booked for weeks including VCA. But a couple hours later I got a call and they had an opening. They must have taken my number when I called because I never gave it. They where absolutely a pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced. They took great care of Pepper and her eye has healed. They are definitely our new vet and they will be seeing our other cats soon. Thank you VCA.

Waited 25 minutes to have my dog picked up. No one calls and says sorry for the wait or we are running behind. Karisa who picked up my dog was nice though.

Needed an appointment for a rabies vaccine for my dog so she can get a haircut. Luckily this place had one for the same day I called! it's close to my home as well! I did have to wait a bit but that's expected in a late afternoon appointment. The staff were super sweet and the curb side drop off was convenient! They went over everything with me! I hope to continue working with them.
