My husband and I were so hesitant to use H & R Block this year for our 2022 tax returns because our 2021 taxes were not done correctly and was messed up by the one lady who works at the H&R Block located in Murrieta Hot Springs. But I saw the reviews at Yelp that the H&R in Jefferson Ave, Temecula have really good ratings and so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we gave H&R Block a second chance! I'm so happy with our tax consultant, Julie Greene, she's very knowledgeable and helpful, she really did an amazing job of filing our taxes this year. I'm so impressed how professional she is and gave us counseling on how to manage our taxes moving forward. We will definitely go back next year to this location! Thanks to Julie Greene!

What a horrible experience!!! I was referred to this location by the Menifee location to work with a specified "business tax pro" named Kathleen (Kathy). I was not greeted when I walked in...it was more like "you're here for me." That should have been a red flag but I didn't follow my intuition. Kathy was more than abrasive in her interaction with me...she was downright rude and I had to confront her about her demeanor after being treated poorly and spoken over several times. I outright questioned her scope and ability to complete the task at hand due to the very nonprofessional manner in which she was behaving. I am a mental health professional so I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but found it necessary to speak up in that very uncomfortable moment. As a new business owner, I am always looking for services to support my needs and this interaction was not supportive at all. I have never and would caution any new professionals to work with Kathy.
