Priti Shah was by far the best I've ever worked with at the Palm Plaza HR Block location. She made sure to look at all the documents I had with me to get the maximum deduction and refund that I deserved. I will definitely be using her services again for next year'e taxes and you should, too. The place is renovated and looks fresh and appealing. Plenty of parking spaces as there's not a lot of other establishments.

Do NOT go to Les, he submitted my taxes stating I did not live in California for longer then 6 months in 2020 which is completely untrue and therefore I lost out on both the GOLDEN STATE STIMULUS and The MIDDLE CLASS Refund. When I went back this February to see if they actually fixed the issue when I did an amended tax return he stated yes. I requested to have a discount on my current taxes and the Manager told him he would have to have it come out of his pay. He responded Ill give it to you next year, just come in later so I have money in my draw!!! They owe me a lot more than just a discount. Spoke to FTB and I was informed the amended taxes weren't filled out correctly. They put I lived in California for 0 months! I am pursuing legal action against them! Go to a real tax professional!I tried not putting any stars because they dont deserve any stars!!!!

I went in to get my tax return done on February 2, 2023. It is now March 14, 2023 and I still have not received any news about my refund. When I log on to H and R block online, it says my return hasn't even been filed yet. I followed up with the tax advisor 3 times via email only to be put off and be told it would be done later. I called into the office and they told me to check my refund online at irs.gov..... which I obviously can't do because it hasn't been filed. It's been a month and a half and tax filings are due in about a month... and I've gotten nowhere!

We have used H&R Block for many years and we have never had any issues. Priti has completed our taxes for a few years now and she made it so easy to process our 2021 taxes even though we are currently living in Japan while I work for the US Navy.
